They are very unprofessional. They don’t know how to answer their phone, so business must not be that important to them. After numerous voicemails left no one bothered to reach back out to me to follow up. Their managers are rude and don’t have the attitude to go the extra mile for any client or future client. Spend your money elsewhere.

I am completely blown away at the phenomenal customer service i’ve received. They cleaned out my junked rental home in a few truckloads. A little pricier than the other quotes i’ve received but i wanted to support my local first responders and firefighters. I found my permanent junk removal and cleaning company. Will definitely be calling you guys back for some more services soon !

I have a membership with these cleaners for almost a year. The quality of service is good and prices are pretty reasonable.

But their scheduling is AWFUL. Lots of cancellations, rescheduling from their side a week down and more. It's impossible to book an appointment with them less than a month in advance and even so, there is always 50/50 chance they will call a day before and require to reschedule.

I would recommend to KEEP OUT of this business unless you are a retired/homebound person with lots of free time to accommodate to their constant flips.

This is NOT a service for for working people. Those - BEWARE and Keep OUT!

Arizona Carpet Care is the best! I work in the Mutli-Housing business and have used them for years. I've worked with Vernon for years he has great customer service and follow up. All the ladies in the office Karla, Xotchil and everyone is so quick to answer and very friendly. Aaron & Jason are amazing techs. They do such a great detailed job and are very friendly. Poolman has been great, they are helpful when I have questions which is quite often since I don't know anything about pools. They take great care of my pool.
