My wife and I moved to the area from Chicago recently. While researching epoxy floor covering contractors I made inquiries to several and Alan from AZ Polished Concrete was the only person to consistently answer my e-mails both during the week and on weekends. The work was performed last weekend and it turned out great! He showed up when he said he was going to and explained the procedure. We're very happy with the quality as well as the communication Alan provided throughout the process. I have a friend down the street that Alan is going to do work for and I'm going to recommend him to all my neighbors.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. Talk about great customer service! American Epoxy Arizona went far beyond my expectations. I was in the market to get my two car garage floor epoxied and my biggest hurdle was finding someone that would be willing to work around my busy schedule. I contacted American Epoxy, explained to them what I had in mind and asked about their availability. They were more than willing to meet with me during the weekend to provide an estimate and explain to me my options and how the process would go. Adam, the master installer, seemed very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Decided to give them a chance and I’m very glad I did. The floor came out amazing! Pictures don’t do the work justice, and everyone that has seen pictures of the work has been impressed! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get their garage floor done!

For the past 2 years I have had nothing but grief cleaning my back patio floors. I decided to do something about it and hired First Class Coatings - Epoxy Arizona to do an Epoxy Granite Floor Installation. They used an Industrial Grinder to prepare the surface with virtually no dust, which is amazing. They installed the floor system in 2 days and they were punctual and very clean and neat. Eric recommended a urethane system to be sun protective which I was appreciate because I did not want my floor to discolor in the outside sun. It has been over 4 years since the installation and I still love my floor ... I referred him to many of my friends and they were very satisfied just like me. I also made sure that they were currently a Licensed Contractor, and they were... Beware, many companies are not currently licensed.... I hope this review helps others in choosing such an excellent company.. Highly Recommend-and Satisfied Customer..

We had our floors done when we first moved in and they looked great. The issue is when your floor settles and there are chips/cracks. I have had an awful time trying to get any response or an appointment even to fix my floors. It looks horrible with a chip right in the hallway and we are trying to sell our home. The customer service is very poor. I am still waiting with no actions after several weeks. I would not recommend them at this time. It is unfortunate as they have a nice product.
