I recently had Arizona Foundation Solutions repair the foundation on my elderly father's property in Sun Lakes and was very pleased with the level of expertise, communication, and friendliness of the staff and technicians. The first phase was installing piles on the (zero lot line) side of the home. Lead technician David Ortiz took great care not to damage the neighbors landscaping or property during excavation and soil replacement by his crew. I was amazed that this all took place in one day. The second phase was some floor leveling using the poly level method, technicians Sara and Alex were a pleasure to work with and were very communicative and professional. I am very pleased with the results and must also mention the pleasure of working with the salesperson Brian Patrick. Brian was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had before, during, and after the repairs. Thank you to staff of Arizona Foundation Solutions!

My recommendation is based off my experience with Ram jack technician. My neighbor was having foundation problem with his house and my house had few exterior cracks, so the technician took the time to come in and check it for me and he recommended to schedule a floor level survey. The technician was very knowledgable with foundation and very professional , so I will be calling them soon.

I just want to say I'm blown away. I recently purchased a home, and the home inspector said it was problematic that the tie-downs were visible. James came out and - aside from telling me it not an issue, and how to protect the straps to keep it from ever becoming one - spent about half-an-hour giving me an in-depth lesson on foundation structure, health, and sever DIY preventative measures I could take to keep my home in good shape. I recommend Valleywide dig and haul. I hired them to clear land, dig foundation, drainage, utilities, and do final grading. They were hardworking, honest, and got everything done on time. Communication was excellent throughout the project.

We had a concrete project go south on us and the finished product was sub par at best. We contacted Sun Valley and had the driveway diamond ground and polyaspartic coated. American Epoxy Arizona rescued my backyard patio! I removed saltine tile and once it was removed the concrete surface was in poor shape and in need of repair. I had a concrete guy come over hoping he could help but he advised against concrete because a good portion of the repair would be a thin layer on top of existing concrete which wouldn’t last. He recommended that I look into epoxy. I called a few companies and most never called back. One came over to give me a bid and once he saw the project he said he wouldn’t do any work until the concrete surface was smooth first. It was clear that this job required tools and skills beyond this companies abilities. My search continued and I found American Epoxy Arizona. I called and spoke to Adam about the project and sent him a few pictures. He let me know that he absolutely could do this job from start to finish and he had the tools necessary for the concrete repair. Shortly after he came over to see the project and to give me a bid and we picked out epoxy colors with Jessica.
