We had to have an analysis of our foundation as we were seeing cracks on the outside and also the drywall on the inside. Did research on companies and decided to go with Arizona Foundation Solutions based on their years of service and knowledge.
Our salesperson was always thorough and available to answer questions. He was quick to respond even if he had to say he needed to check and get back to us.
Crew performed the work in the beginning of December and was very thorough with explanations and cleaning up. I was pleasantly surprised that nothing was damaged from the landscaping and other than the soil showing that it isn't settled, there is no way you can tell anything was done. We do have our pictures as proof that 6 piers were dug into the ground to support the foundation.

Ociel, Gilbert and their entire team did an amazing job giving our 41 year old home a much needed makeover. Ociel and Gilbert were very responsive and patient to all of my many questions. They were extremely professional, courteous and friendly. They showed up early on the first day and prepped out house first to protect the windows, side walk, patio, doors etc. from overspray. They then worked tirelessly every day until the project was done. Then on the last day, The owner came back to do a thorough walkthrough to make sure the house was done completely to our satisfaction. We are so glad we hired a company that takes such pride in their work and are so dedicated to do an excellent job for the customer. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Nick with Ram Jack was awesome! He measures home elevations for the company. He was extremely thorough & he took the time to explain where potential problems exist. He was so helpful and patient. There are so many people out there who just do what they have to do and then take off, but Nick took the time to show my husband and I diagrams of elevations in our house. We have great appreciation for the customer service he provided. If I could give Nick more than a 5 star rating, I would!
