PEP did a fantastic job. Zach and Dale made me promise I would not advertise twelve days from sales pitch to installation and connected to the grid. Clearly several factors worked in our favor: 1) quick 24-hour response from our HOA; 2) cancellation of an install so we could slip into an unexpected slot on the schedule; 3) Encore allowing the system to be connected to the grid; and 4) a good credit rating.

Sales staff and the PEP engineer explained everything to my satisfaction. I'm an electrical engineer and asked more in-depth questions than what the PEP team typically encounters. I had also done independent research on hours of sunlight per day in my location and efficiency that should be realized from the system. The predictions from PEP are turning out to be accurate.

We actually worked some of the final signatures from a cruise ship in the Caribbean. Technology is great! Bethany Carreiro deserves praise as we were texting to redirect docusign emails to me in the Caribbean. She was consistently courteous, attentive, and professional.

The install team showed up at the appointed time and with all necessary materials. I believe there were actually six installers and they worked quickly and efficiently while protecting our home from any damage. Two electricians make quick work of installing the inverter and getting the solar system connected to the grid. Everything was explained thoroughly. Everyone cleaned up all trash and carried it away.

I would strongly recommend PEP to anyone considering installing a solar system. PEP is much more than a business. PEP quickly becomes family.

I contacted Solar Topps earlier today, the company that installed the Solar Panels at my home. An Engineer (Aneal) called me a short time later. I told him what my issues were (not being able to monitor the wattage my Panels was generating), so he ask me if I mind if he could disconnect so he could do some research, he called back promptly as he promised. Aneal walked me through everything that I need to do to understand how to log on the Solar Edge support site and monitor the output of my Panels. I had been at this for about a week and was about ready to give up. Thank you Aneal. I really appreciated you help.

So I dealt with Mark, Chris, and Natalie at Aneva. This installation was for a rental property and I was out of state. I cannot tell you the planning and coordination Aneva had to go through during Covid to get this done. I really want to thank the whole team for the time, effort, and energy. These guys are super responsive and do great follow up. When I recently purchased an Electric Vehicle and needed electrical run from the panel to the garage, they were my forst and only call. Couldn't be happier with the result and their professional service.

We had an issue with a 5kw inverter and Mike was able to get us up and running again in about a week, working with SMA Solar Technology AG. When the new inverter arrived and was installed there was an issue (with the inverter, not the install) and we had to do a workaround with the firmware in the inverter. Mike is very knowledgeable, professional, and timely. Does what it takes to get the job done!

I let them install our solar system from them two years ago, after conducting extensive research and obtaining quotes from various vendors. Highlight was one of the few companies that provided a quote for the precise system I requested, and they offered the most competitive price.

Marcus and his team provide excellent customer service and are extremely efficient. I highly recommend this business, their service was worth every penny!

I purchased my solar panels and battery back up system back in 2014. I paid cash for the entire system back then. Before the syelsstem was installed APS did a cost analysis based on my usage of electricity and it was determined that my monthly avg. bill was approx. $200.00 per month. In May of 2014 the installation was completed. I have had nothing but problems with this company . Not only did they do a shoddy job in the installation of 24 panels that I was told would more than handle my power needs (which was a lie) my monthly bill avg. was still more than $100.00 dollars most of the time closer to $150.00. My lights still to this day flicker everytime there is a power surge that I have mentioned to these idiots more than 20 times.They finally delivered the so-called battery back-up sytem almost 2 years later and installed it in May of 2016. Now I'm sitting here for three hours and no power from APS or the so-called back- up system.These people do not like to follow up on their promises or return calls. So please run far and fast as you can from these criminals, because that's what they'll do is take your money and service is something unheard of with this company. They even tried to charge me again for half of the cost of the back-up system. This company is definitely a scam artists dream in ripping people off. Don't do it, don' t even listen to them or give them a call, they will try and take you to the cleaners. I know much time has past since this shoddy work was done but I tried to be as patient as possible but enough is enough , I'm through talking with these clowns.

I was sold on installing solar. I was told the system was produce in the first year 16000 kWh. Over 4 years only 11000 kWh per year, so my electric bill is more. They delayed the install so I get less from APS. The inverter died in less than 4 years so not even producing for months. No idea it was broke since its pulling teeth to get access to monitoring. I had to go to SolarEdge. I thought my bills were high but they don't care. In their eyes it is impossible for something to be wrong on their install. Just stay away.

The installation went quick, from the time I spoke with them and the install was complete, and APS approved the project, was about 30 days. I have since added 5 more panels and that was done in one day. Service was GREAT and I'm enjoying my $32 a month APS bill (minimum charges). I highly recommend the company, they are fast, efficient and a pleasure to work with.
