They installed epoxy flooring in the kitchen of our Phoenix restaurant. It has held up extremely well against spills and heavy foot traffic. Also provides added safety for our staff (non-slip surface).

We needed a concrete company to do the first home in a project-development. We reached out to Metro Concrete in a pinch, as our prior contractor backed out. They not only stepped in to complete the job, but got done ahead of what we expected them too in a last min pinch.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. WOW!!....SERIOUSLY.....WOW!! So, this is my second time with an “epoxy floor”......and now will be my last! The first time I did it-I got scammed. They didn’t use epoxy, they did the job in one day and it was three weeks before it started peeling and chipping off. American Epoxy Arizona is such a professional organization, with a personal touch. Communication was excellent, great value and the quality of work and materials was amazing (and trust me, I was paying VERY close attention this time)!! We recently had our floors done by Armor Kote, and we can not be more pleased with the outcome. We can help but show off our new garage floors to our guests. We went with Armor Kote when we found out the original guy we had lined up for the job was going to use Big Box store material. Best decision ever. We did run into a minor delay as there were equipment issues, but it happens with all businesses. Shane was quick to take action to make sure we were pleased with our floors. I would highly recommend them.

Extremely pleased with their work. We had our deck painted and our pavers spruced up. They are prompt and very helpful. We highly recommend them.

We called them to come and look at our concrete floors, we were scheduled for the next morning at 9 am, we even received an email confirming our appointment and a reminder email the next morning about our appointment.

Can’t get Steve to return our phone calls. The epoxy is cracking and no other company will touch it because it isn’t their work. All other companies offer a lifetime guarantee. Steve now claims he doesn’t do residential work anymore. He has left us high and dry.
