This wasn't our first epoxy floor install, but certainly the best! Armor Kote was so fast, installed in half a day. Our last epoxy floor was a full two days. Shane and his team are as professional as can be, great communication and they take great pride in their work. We couldn't be happier. Like to mention too I was pleasantly surprised at the price. Our garage floor looks incredible! We chose to have Blue Ice Supreme High Gloss Polyurea installed. The installers were at our house just before 6am on the day we scheduled and were hard at work by 6am! They finished just before noon and were super cool, professional and answered all my questions and the results were stunning.

Our garage floor looks and feels amazing and it's so easy to clean up using just a hose to spray out the garage, it dries up quickly. If we don't have much time, using just a blower offers a quick solution to clean road debris. Everything else just wipes up so easily though, it never gets very dirty. No more stains or blemishes!

We've already received so many compliments on the garage floor & custom garage cabinets, friends and family love it! (cabinets built and installed by Triton Garage Cabinets, referred to us by Armor Kote). The pricing was very competitive and Armor Kote offers a lifetime warranty, which is very important and reassuring.

I need to start by saying I haven’t had any work done by Armor Kote. Unfortunately my situation does not fit into their scope of work offerings or I would have hired them without reservation. I have seen their work at a friend’s house, it was top notch and came with a glowing recommendation from this friend. I shopped a lot of flooring companies and even considered doing it myself. In each case, it was going to take several days given the fact that the floor has to be decreased and then etched using an Acid wash with a lot of scrubbing. A new neighbor referred me to Armor-Kote. Once I learned that they diamond grind the floor and do everything in 1-day, I was sold. The 3-man crew showed up on time and they were professionals and very respectful. Given the high temperatures, they were in and out in only 6 hours, starting at 6am and finishing at noon. I think the pictures speak for themselves, but man, I made the right choice!

Shane, Morise, and Ricardo are part of a world class professional team. They were on time, courteous, and I couldn't be more happy with the quality of their work. They taped up and cleaned up everything, even made the seams perfect. Do not pick another company or attempt this yourself. Armor-Kote's process completely and very generously covers the entire floor with chips, they start at 6 am and it is done by 2pm. Armor-Kote's efficiency is amazing. Very good value!

I have used Armor Kote on two jobs now, one was a large 2,700 square foot RV garage & 4 car garage and yesterday a regular 3 car garage. Both times working with this company was flawless! Shane is terrific and is honest in his dealings. He is up front that they are not the cheapest and he tells the truth about when he can get you scheduled. Armor-Kote came out last Friday and installed my garage floor and it looks amazing! They were on time, actually 15 minutes early, and were finished before noon. I had compliments from my neighbors and building superintendents that afternoon! Shane and Joel were great to work with and made sure everything was done perfect. There was a small spot were the epoxy went past the tape on the drive and Joel was out right away to take care of it. I can't recommend them enough. I have already told everyone I know to use them. I was more excited about the garage floor going in than closing on the house, and they did not disappoint. It was money well spent!

Armor-Kote Garage Floors just completed the coating on our garage floor, and it looks fantastic! They were referred to us by John with Triton Cabinets, who did a great job installing our new garage cabinets. Shane, with Armor-Kote, was very professional about educating us about our options, and providing very reasonable estimates. We selected the upgraded flooring in Tuxedo, which contains black, white and grey flecks. Lucas and Ricardo did an expert job applying the flooring, and were very communicative throughout the process on Friday. In fact, Lucas even texted me this morning to make sure I was happy. Just bought new house, first thing we wanted to do once we got our keys was get our garage floors epoxied. One because I’ve had it done in previous homes and loved it and two because our new house had a crack that I was concerned about

I contacted a few companies ahead of time so we would be ready. One company literally called us every day to pay the deposit get on the calendar, the others I wasn’t impressed with so I researched further and came across Armor-Kote – They had excellent 5* reviews.

I called and spoke to Shane who explained the different options, their process in detail, etc and we scheduled a visit to get a quote. Shane came to the house to meet with my husband and myself, went over the options, their process, and gave us samples to keep. One of my concerns was the crack in the garage and he assured me they would take care of it.

I emailed Shane a couple times prior to the install including the evening before the install and Shane responded promptly to my emails. THANKS SHANE!

The day of the install three guys arrived in a professional truck. They arrived promptly at their scheduled time. They introduced themselves – Our crew was Gregg, Luke and Ricardo. They explained the process, we talked for a quick min and they immediately got to work. They are very hard workers – Worked non-stop and showed us a few times as they went along explaining what the next steps were, etc. This crew was great and want to give a SPECIAL THANKS AND SHOUT OUT TO GREGG, LUCAS AND RICARDO. My neighbor recently had his garage floor (circa 1976) done by Armor-Kote. Coincidentally I was researching one-day epoxy companies to do my garage.
Armor-Kote passed the social media review test and had a 5-Star Better Business Bureau rating with no complaints.
I bought in three quotes. Armor-Kote was not the cheapest. I followed up references. The final determiner was my neighbor’s flawless floor. Not an easy task on older houses and they had to field engineer an anomaly or three.
When our day arrived, the crew was on time, got to work, and caused no hassles. Thought we hit a homer. But next day when we viewed the garage floor from the inside door, a defect in the finish glared back at us.
Called Shane and sent a picture of the defect. He sent a crew the next day to see if they could sand it out. They could not. He ordered them to return the next day and remove the floor and reinstall it. No arguments, no excuses, no blame game. Just a clear intention to make me happy with my floor.
The crew came the next day and got after it. The result was a gorgeous Graphite floor as promised.
On the website the owner promises: We only use the BEST materials on the market today, we offer a 1-day install, we include all repairs and stem walls at no charge and we stand behind ALL of our work with a lifetime warranty on ALL of our floors. We are very passionate about what we do and it shows. We are all about Customer Service and making our customers 100% happy. We will not settle for anything else.

I contacted Shane to finish the garage flooring in my newly built house. He responded to my quote request within 15 minutes and guided me through all of the different options. I ended up choosing the extreme gloss polyurea in Graphite. His team was at my house 3 days later. It took them approximately 6 hours for the installation. My garage floor is now absolutely gorgeous. Not to mention it's bulletproof. Whenever mud/oil/grease gets on the floor, it's simple to wipe up and doesn't leave stains. First and foremost - what an awesome floor!
The job came out flawless.

My installers, Lucas and JQ were beyond professional, knowledgable and darn right great guys. They took the time to explain the process, SHOWED me updates along the way. Completley cleaned up after themselves. Could not ask for more.

My salesman, Shane was just as professional. Explained the process, what to expect, explained color trends and went out of his way to help me choose the correct color and product level for my needs. Even offered, at his expense to ship samples in the event I was uncomfortable meeting in person due to the virus. Ended up not needing the samples or face to face visit. Shane was that great. No hard sell/pressure. No upsell games. Quote was price paid. A throwback to the way I grew up conducting business.

My wife admits that the garage floor thing was really for me. However, after seeing the results, she is VERY happy we decided to have it done.

I cannot recommend ARMOR-KOTE enough.

I did my research before I installed a garage floor coating and everything I read about Armor-Kote was positive. They did my garage floor about a year ago and I just want to say it looks fantastic. These guys are a well oiled machine. It is very impressive how Shane and his team have everything down to a science. Everything went exactly how it was explained to me. The thing that impressed me the most is how genuinely happy his team is. There were three guys that put down my garage floor. When I walked up to see how things were going they all came over with smiles, introduced themselves and answered any questions I had. This company is very professional. We wanted to epoxy our garage ourselves but could not get up the oil stain despite a ton of effort. Accepting defeat we decided to call Armor-Kote. It turns out it was the best decision. The garage looks so professional and we could not be more happy with how it turned out. The oil stains are completely gone and garage looks brand new. The crew was great and actually showed up early! The job took a half a day but now it will look great for the life of our garage. Love the new look of our garage floor!

We met Shane Galles at the Home Show a few months ago and were impressed enough that we kept his information and contacted him recently to do our garage. As promised, they did ONE email following the Home Show with lots of great information. I liked that they didn't pester us and kept to their promise. My garage floor was done about 10 years ago from another company. It was old, faded, and a mess. What Armor Kote did was a transformation and now it looks like a master piece. I am so happy I found Armor Kote and have recommended them to neighbors and family. Outstanding!

We contracted with Armor Kote because a couple colleagues recommended Shane, the owner, and indicated he was meticulous. Our home is a new build so I wanted the job done cleanly. We also were impressed with the Armor Kote technology vis-a-vis epoxy and were willing to pay a slight premium for it, the warranty and the anti--yellowing characteristic. In the end, the crew did a fantastic job and the floor is the nicest one in the new house. Highly recommend this company.

Last September 2016, we had our 3 car garage coated by ARMOR-KOTE, all 700 sf including a storage room. No issues at all. Great product and done in 1 day! So when we wanted to have an interior work room coated in Feb., we contacted Shawn. Being only 200 sf, he worked with us on the price by also coating another garage the same day near by. We really appreciated that. Work room and closet came out great. The floor is beautiful and we are using it the next day! They arrive on time and get the work done as scheduled. I extensively investigated online reviews while searching for a reputable company to epoxy our 3 garage floors after closing on a new home. I really liked what I read about Armor-Kote. My wife and I then attended the Maricopa Co. Home and Landscape Show, and I found Armor-Kote again. We obtained a lot of valuable information from Barry at the show, and I set up an appointment to meet with him at our property for an estimate. I was confident that I would receive an excellent flooring product from Armor-Kote for a very fair price. I was 100% correct.

Our 3 person crew of Joel, Ernie, and Bennie showed up early before 6 AM on the job date with a detailed and polished work truck and trailer. They completed the job before noon, and I could not have been more pleased. Their finished work product looked fantastic, and it definitely exceeded my expectations.

The only problem I experienced occurred when I left my garage door partially open for the flooring products to dry overnight, since my wife and I had not yet moved into our home. The wind blew some pebbles into the garage, which became stuck to the new floor. I was hesitant to remove the pebbles myself to avoid causing any damage. I contacted the company and spoke the owner, John, who put me in contact with Shane. Without hesitation, Shane sent out another crew to fix my problem and preserve the integrity of my new flooring at no charge.

I would highly recommend Armor-Kote for anyone looking to epoxy their garage floors. In my opinion, Armor-Kote is a top notch company that provides a superior product along with outstanding customer service.

This is a review after 2 month of useage. Highly recommend this company. It starts at the top with Shane the owner down to the team that installs. Shane answered all my concerns and sure enough at 6am, Gregg and Lucas we’re ready to go to work, and I mean work. Those two were fast, efficient and extremely courteous. Done by 1pm. Everything! Just finished washing out garage after 2 months of projects,dirt, dust and moving in. Super easy, looks like it was just installed. This will easily last years. Very pleased with the product and outcome.

We recently had our floors done by Armor Kote, and we can not be more pleased with the outcome. We can help but show off our new garage floors to our guests. We went with Armor Kote when we found out the original guy we had lined up for the job was going to use Big Box store material. Best decision ever. We did run into a minor delay as there were equipment issues, but it happens with all businesses. Shane was quick to take action to make sure we were pleased with our floors. Shane came out on time, gave us a bid, and we accepted. The job was scheduled when the garage was available as it is new construction. One the garage was available Shane scheduled the work. Jowell and his crew were on time, polite, professional. After the floor cured we had a couple of minor touch up items. Shane insisted he wanted to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Epoxy Coating garage floor
We purchased a new house and knew we wanted the epoxy coating on the garage floor. We knew Shane from having epoxy applied to our previous home's garage. He worked for a different company, but he was so impressive we looked around and found he'd started his own company. He is EXCELLENT to work with. Fantastic! I interviewed a number of companies and selected Armor-Kote, primarily because of Shane. He is passionate, professional and knowledge. He walked us through the whole process, explained all the pluses/minuses of their products, and what to look for with competitors. Shane was beyond amazing. It was great to get all the details via email such as cost etc. I made an appt with him and he came to my home with samples and explained the process. He was very thorough and there was no high pressure selling. I made an appt to have it done without a second thought. On June 22, two guys showed up at 5:45 am and completed the install in one day as promised. The floor looks amazing. I feel like my car is parked in a room in my house instead of a garage. I chose desert grey with the help of Shane. It looks amazing, the high gloss final finish makes the garage even brighter inside, and the final coating on the floor feels like a incredibly tough shell on top.

After getting 6 bids from different companies, I selected Amour-Kote. Shane came out to measure and he measured what I actually thought the sq footage was. Could not believe how different some of the other bids were. I think others were either trying to take advantage or did not account for all the cabinets. Shane was fair and honest.
What a great job they did! My garage floor was awful and now it is a show piece. Russell and Joel were so professional and knowledgeable. They arrived early in the morning done by noon and did a great job cleaning up. Great guys to have at you home working.
My highest recommendation for Amour-Kote. You will not be disappointed!

We are absolutely thrilled with our 'new' garage! When we moved in 13 years ago, I applied a do-it-yourself product from the home improvement store that lasted all of a couple of years before it started peeling off and fading where it was exposed to the sunlight. Armor-Kote is amazing. This is a company the delivers on their word. Integrity should be in their name. Shane was great, came out to quote, followed up with any requests I had and was flexible with the install date. The installers were on time, did an amazing job and left the work area clean. Forget the DIY flooring and the installers that only acid etch your floor, those are short cuts that won't last. Armor Kote diamond grinds the concrete before installing ensuring a lasting floor and lifetime warranty. They are worth the money.

Just moved into a new house and wanted to epoxy the floor. We saw a new neighbor's house and actually arranged for Armor-Kote to do the floor the day after we closed. The crew was great. Very personable, explained everything and did great work. It seems obvious that the crew is treated well and usually if they are, so is my floor. The floor is amazing. We did Dakota Grey as it blended well with the driveway pavers. I was going to do this myself but I'm so glad I did not try it. Recommend these guys. YES!

How about 10 stars! The entire team of Armor-Kote is amazing! These guys don't lie or have anything to hide. Best in the business! Super professional guys (Jimmy and +1) who came to work in my garages. Every time, I went outside they told me what they had done and were doing - and noticed my huge smile on my face. They do AMAZING work. Best money spent. Not to mention, they support veterans!

Do your research if you want, but I'm telling you, NOBODY beats these guys! Don't cut corners to save a few hundred dollars, you'll regret it down the road and long haul.

I would even invite them over for Thanksgiving dinner!

Very pleased with Armor-Kote from start to finish. I work 45 minutes from our house so meeting on site was going to be challenging for me, but Barry came by on a Saturday to show me the samples and write up the quote. So glad he did as I was going to go with the Dakota Gray, but the Tuxedo really worked with the red and white walls in our garage. The guys were on time and very professional. I did not realize they were going to mask the walls which made me very nervous. I had just repainted the walls two days prior to them doing the floor and I was very concerned the tape would peal off the paint. They told me that they would take extra care removing the tape, and I assume they did. There was no damage at all. They did a great job and the floor looks amazing. Be careful when choosing an epoxy floor company. One of my coworkers had his floor done the day after mine. My floor was cured and ready for foot traffic within hours. His is still tacky and gooey more than a week later and will probably need to be scrapped off and reapplied.

I’m giving this company a 5 star rating not because they did the job, but because they didn’t. The estimator came out and gave me a quote that was right in range of what I expected and because of a cancellation they could do my floor the next day. The crew showed up as scheduled and began to grind down my rough concrete floor and patch cracks and divots. As it turned out the center of my floor was crumbling and they stopped work and called the owner of the company. The crew chief told me to call the owner which I did and he told me that they could finish the job, but with the large bad patch in the concrete there would be adhering failure in the not too distant future.

My alternative is to have the floor thin-coated and overlaid with PVC flooring.

What I want to point out is that many companies would have done the job and let the chips fall where they may. This company showed real integrity. They lost $1550 and the time and effort already put in and didn’t try to charge me anything for their outlay. As I said before they demonstrated true integrity and if I ever need to do something like this again, I will go out of my way to use their company.

After long research, I decided to have Armor-Kote do our garage floor. I scheduled our job and then after explaining Armor-Kotes process to my daughter and son in law they scheduled to have their floor done also. And we both agreed we are glad we did. Armor-Kote delivered as promised 110%, the same crew did both our floors, and I must say that for installation technicians that you will probably never see again ( because your floor is Armor-Koted for life) they were the most professional, courteous, friendly, and hard working I have ever experienced. We moved to Arizona a year ago and in the process of getting our house the way we want it we have dealt with quite a few contractors and service providers. We have been blessed that virtually all of our experiences have been excellent.

Not only is Armor-Kote in that Excellent category, but they top the list. From our first contact, through completion, we experienced superior customer service and product.

Our garage floors are BEAUTIFUL! I did a good deal of research before selecting Armor-Kote, starting with recommendations from neighbors. There were a number of different companies recommended, and I called several. I went with Armor-Kote for various reasons. First, their representative (Shane) got back to me very quickly and even responded to my many questions after hours, by text. He invited me to stop by another home in the neighborhood where his crew was working that week so I could see the results. He met me there and then went over to our home to measure and give me an estimate, which was immediate and firm, based on square footage and the type of coating we wanted. In response to my concern, he even wrote into the contract that, in the event a portion of the floor that was outside the garage door were to lighten, Armor-Kote would touch it up at no charge. Also, Armor-Kote gives a lifetime warranty, while other companies I called gave a five-year warranty. Finally, Armor-Kote includes the stem walls at no charge, while other companies charge extra to do them and don't include them in the price. The result is a very finished looking garage, with the stem walls resembling a baseboard!
On the day of installation the crew couldn't have been nicer. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. They put a caution tape across both garage doors so nobody would inadvertently drive into either garage. The floors turned out beautiful and we are very pleased. This was one of the easiest contractors I have had the pleasure to deal with - no haggling, no hidden fees - just honest service at a fair price. I highly recommend them if you are looking for somebody to make your garage look great!

My three car garage had a very old, very used epoxy coating and handyman-built cabinets. It was time for a change.

Armor-Kote worked with the cabinet contractor (Triton) to coordinate their work. The cabinets went in on a Monday and the floor was done on Tuesday which kept my inconvenience of having all my stuff scattered in the yard or in the house.

Shane came out to give me an estimate and go over samples. He's very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his product. Since we had to wait for the cabinets to be built we had to wait a month before the floor could be done.

As promised, the two-man crew showed up at 6 a.m. and got right to work. Because there was an existing epoxy finish it took longer than usual to grind the floor but, much to my surprise, the equipment was very quiet and didn't kick up much dust at all. I should note that Armor-Kote always grinds the floor - they don't acid wash.

The crew was at my house until about 2:30 p.m. and left after cleaning up and giving me instructions on when I could walk on and then park in the garage (walk that evening, park in 24 hours). Yes, one day! Not bad, not bad at all.

Very happy with the sales process and the work performed by Armor-Kote. I highly recommend that you contact them if you're thinking of doing a floor.

Armor-Kite Garage Floors installed their floor system on our two car plus garage floor and it looks fantastic. I learned about them at a local trade show back in September 2016 and was definitely impressed with their product an installation process. They sent me their “one time” e-mail that I kept so when we were finally ready to finish the garage floor I knew exactly who to call. They came out to our home and explained the product and installation, measured the garage floor and provided a fair and reasonably “definite” price. The installation crew arrived exactly as scheduled within their short time window. There were three individuals, a working superintendent and two technician. Seeing how competent and efficiently they work, it was obvious they were well trained and experienced. We selected the Supreme Extreme Gloss Polyaspartic with Polyurea Full Chip floor in the Safari color. It turned out great!
I didn’t tell them that I am a civil engineer (or was until I retired three years ago) and worked for the US Army Corps of Engineers for 32+ years. I had never installed an epoxy garage floor in all that time so I was curious to see the process and how they performed. I observed them discretely and came out often to chat and see how things were processing. My experience has been that there are three kinds of contractors. Most are poor or good and there are very few excellent contractors . Often the excellent ones are either poor or good contractors who, when the stars align properly, happen to perform excellently. Armor-Kite Garage Floors is one of the very few I have found that is definitely EXCELLENT!!! I give them five stars (six if I could) and would definitely recommend them!!!

The quote was a few hundred dollars more than another quote, but I had more confidence in Armor-Kote doing it right, on-time, and with a high quality product. Everything went exactly the way they said it would. Shane was professional and very responsive during the quoting process. Blake, the lead installer, was professional, explained the process, answered all of my questions and was very courteous. My floor looks amazing!

We had gotten estimates from several companies and chose Armor-KOTE. John, with Armor-KOTE, had explained the whole process and had many color samples to choose from. He and his crew arrived early and got right to it. Our 30 year old garage transformed right in front of us. The process was completed that day and looked AMAZING! We definitely made the right choice. Great job from start to finish. I requested a quote via yelp and received a prompt reply. Shane, the owner, called me shortly thereafter and we discussed specifics.

I was impressed right off the bat--you can tell these guys are the experts in this field. There are a few different options for all price points. We decided to spend the extra $ and get the #3 option, as it wipes clean easily and doesn't stain. Can't beat that and the price was reasonable. AND its guaranteed for life!!! We went with the light gray, which is by far the most popular color.

The guys arrived at 6pm and were done by noon. Very professional and the job was done perfectly. We received a follow up email and a card in the mail thanking us.

Not only do these guys do a great job, but the customer service is top notch. Can't recommend them enough!

My garage floor recently coated is excellent for the actual floor. The crew was timely and got the job done efficiently. Furthermore, they were professional and polite. However, my garage has a lack of baseboard coverage (cement portion) in an area of the garage but the wood extends above the wall and I would've liked to have that coated as well to even all sides. It looks slightly uneven due to the epoxy not evenly coated all the way around the garage ....I will have to be careful washing the garage out as there's no coverage in certain areas along the wall from water. The wood can be covered but will have to be apart of another job and cost more $$

Overall lifetime warranty is worth the job and it's a quality floor done in an efficient manner, four stars earned.
