I had my foundation fixed about a year ago. Although they did an excellent job with the foundation, clean up is another story. They had to cut into my front concrete to put the piles in and to this day it looks horrible. They splashed concrete all over my my house and eaves by my front door and on parts of the sidewalk that was not touched and to this day it is still there. They put tape on the wood part of my house and when removing, there is a big mark that can only be fixed with replacing. I just had a friend ask for a referral. I told them the work itself was good but they are very sloppy in putting things back like they belong. When you spend over $17K on a job, you expect things to look like they haven't been touched. I didn't post picks because I don't have a lot of time. I guess if you want it to look like it did, you have to spend more replacing your sidewalks, painting your house, scraping concrete off of the brick, etc. For these reasons, I would NEVER use them again.

When I choose a company to do major concrete work on my home or offices I do my homework and suggest you do as well. Always choose a licensed and insured contractor. When making my selection I found this company to be using another companies ROC number. I have submitted this to contractor bored, the chamber of commerce and The BBB. Just doing my good deed for the day

Ray $ Kyle were the installers and though we are very happy with the finished product we felt they did not perform the process correctly after the first installation which required several more visits. We were satisfied with Carlos the production manager for rectifying the problem.

For the past 2 years I have had nothing but grief cleaning my back patio floors. I decided to do something about it and hired First Class Coatings - Epoxy Arizona to do an Epoxy Granite Floor Installation. They used an Industrial Grinder to prepare the surface with virtually no dust, which is amazing. They installed the floor system in 2 days and they were punctual and very clean and neat. Eric recommended a urethane system to be sun protective which I was appreciate because I did not want my floor to discolor in the outside sun. It has been over 4 years since the installation and I still love my floor ... I referred him to many of my friends and they were very satisfied just like me. I also made sure that they were currently a Licensed Contractor, and they were... Beware, many companies are not currently licensed.... Very happy with the job Lucas & Greg did on my new built home in Estrella. Shane gave me a quote and it wasn't a penny more then the estimate. Beautiful floor, and great durability. You probably can get an epoxied floor for less, however, you won't get one of this quality and appearance from anyone but Armor Kote. Highly recommended....

Desert Floor Coatings completed our first project 13 years ago this March. This father-son team are professional and let you know if your project will be delayed due to weather or other unforeseeable circumstances. Our garage floor and patio look excellent, next is a driveway project.
