Best Garage Epoxy in Phoenix AZ

BEWARE! This company is a complete JOKE! Words cannot describe the awful experience I had with this company. The project was done in March of this year and chunks of the floors are literally missing. I am more than happy to discuss further with anyone even considering using Sledge. Going with this company was one of the worst mistakes I've ever made.

Chris O. is wonderful to work with on the sales team. He was very informative and thoroughly explained everything to us. He answered all of our questions and more. Hearing foundation issues with your home is never easy, but Chris did an excellent job of explaining everything and gave us options of what we can do. He also gave us the pros and cons of the options set fourth. Definitely recommend Chris and Arizona Foundation Solutions.

When I choose a company to do major concrete work on my home or offices I do my homework and suggest you do as well. Always choose a licensed and insured contractor. When making my selection I found this company to be using another companies ROC number. I have submitted this to contractor bored, the chamber of commerce and The BBB. Just doing my good deed for the day

My wife and I moved to the area from Chicago recently. While researching epoxy floor covering contractors I made inquiries to several and Alan from AZ Polished Concrete was the only person to consistently answer my e-mails both during the week and on weekends. The work was performed last weekend and it turned out great! He showed up when he said he was going to and explained the procedure. We're very happy with the quality as well as the communication Alan provided throughout the process. I have a friend down the street that Alan is going to do work for and I'm going to recommend him to all my neighbors.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. If you’re looking to preserve and beautify the concrete around your home, based on our experience, my wife and I simply cannot recommend Sun Valley Concrete Coatings enough. We had a great experience with American Epoxy Arizona! Xhesika came to the house with such an abundance of positive energy you can tell she loves what she does. She measured the garage, thoroughly explained the epoxy application process and explained what to expect (how long does installation take, when can you move items back in, when can cars be parked in garage, etc). We discussed the color options and Xhesika provided an estimate the same day. I had also called two other companies to provide estimates although once I met Xhesika I knew I wanted to go with AEA. She was proactive in coordinating a time that would work with my schedule and communicated several times as our installation date was approaching. She was so responsive. I felt like I was her most important customer. On installation day I met Adam. He was respectful, knowledgeable and very hard working. Due to a delay in another job the same day, our job started a bit later than expected. Adam worked efficiently all afternoon with Xhesika joining him later in the day and they both worked to nearly 8pm to get part 1 of our job complete. Adam came back the next morning with a few crew members to complete part 2 of our the job. Our 28 yr old garage floor looks amazing! Adam and Xhesika’s work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction is to be commended. I also love that this is a family business. For the past 2 years I have had nothing but grief cleaning my back patio floors. I decided to do something about it and hired First Class Coatings - Epoxy Arizona to do an Epoxy Granite Floor Installation. They used an Industrial Grinder to prepare the surface with virtually no dust, which is amazing. They installed the floor system in 2 days and they were punctual and very clean and neat. Eric recommended a urethane system to be sun protective which I was appreciate because I did not want my floor to discolor in the outside sun. It has been over 4 years since the installation and I still love my floor ... I referred him to many of my friends and they were very satisfied just like me. I also made sure that they were currently a Licensed Contractor, and they were... Beware, many companies are not currently licensed.... I hope this review helps others in choosing such an excellent company.. Highly Recommend-and Satisfied Customer..

Desert Floor Coatings completed our first project 13 years ago this March. This father-son team are professional and let you know if your project will be delayed due to weather or other unforeseeable circumstances. Our garage floor and patio look excellent, next is a driveway project.

Can’t get Steve to return our phone calls. The epoxy is cracking and no other company will touch it because it isn’t their work. All other companies offer a lifetime guarantee. Steve now claims he doesn’t do residential work anymore. He has left us high and dry.
