When making my selection I found this company to be using another companies ROC number. I have submitted this to contractor bored, the chamber of commerce and The BBB. We needed a concrete company to do the first home in a project-development. We reached out to Metro Concrete in a pinch, as our prior contractor backed out. They not only stepped in to complete the job, but got done ahead of what we expected them too in a last min pinch.

We did our research and interviewed several garage floor companies before making a decision. Eric does the job over a 2-3 day period which is the best way to do it. I would suggest not hiring a company that does the job in 1 day. Eric and his crew were great to work with. We kept changing our minds on the color, and Eric came over several times. He ended up doing a custom color of grays and tans which we love! We have a small odd shaped closet with a lot of non-removable stuff in it (water softener and salt container) and they epoxied it perfectly by hand. We couldn’t be more pleased with Eric!

We moved to Arizona a year ago and in the process of getting our house the way we want it we have dealt with quite a few contractors and service providers. We have been blessed that virtually all of our experiences have been excellent.

We had our floors done when we first moved in and they looked great. The issue is when your floor settles and there are chips/cracks. I have had an awful time trying to get any response or an appointment even to fix my floors. It looks horrible with a chip right in the hallway and we are trying to sell our home. The customer service is very poor. I am still waiting with no actions after several weeks. I would not recommend them at this time. It is unfortunate as they have a nice product.

Can’t get Steve to return our phone calls. The epoxy is cracking and no other company will touch it because it isn’t their work. All other companies offer a lifetime guarantee. Steve now claims he doesn’t do residential work anymore. He has left us high and dry.
