My garage floor & back door slab look great & the guys were awesome to work with.

I recently hired AZ Polished Concrete to polish the floor of a newly converter carport/garage. I can't say enough good things about how this process went! Working with AZPC was very easy, their communication, promptness, attention to detail and quality were amazing! There were numerous small concerns that I pointed out with cracks and chips and all were perfectly addressed. On the first day, the guys stayed really late making sure to take care of everything they needed to. I attached a picture to this review. My concrete floors were poured in 1978 and were looking pretty bad after years of use, oil spills, paint, spackle, etc. After they were done, the floor looks FANTASTIC!

Great company! Had some issues in the house I was concerned about.. James came out and was patient and explained everything in great detail. He put my concerns at ease and didn't try to push anything on me. Also gave me a lot of good preventative measures to take. This company does business exactly how it should be done and I will be using them in the future. Highly recommended!

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. What a wonderful experience we had. The sales crew was amazing, office communication was great. Mark and our two person crew did an amazing job and their communication was amazing. The job took longer than originally projected, but they communicated with me each day, providing me with updates.

These guys did a fantastic job on our floors. We had a bad experience with a different company doing a terrible epoxy job on the floors 2 months prior but American Epoxy Arizona came out and saved the day. They have a great crew that always showed up on time and were very polite and professional while they were here.  They stripped the floors and did an outstanding job with the new epoxy coating. The job was finished on time and looks amazing. I can already tell it is very durable and I would highly recommend them.

For the past 2 years I have had nothing but grief cleaning my back patio floors. I decided to do something about it and hired First Class Coatings - Epoxy Arizona to do an Epoxy Granite Floor Installation. They used an Industrial Grinder to prepare the surface with virtually no dust, which is amazing. They installed the floor system in 2 days and they were punctual and very clean and neat. Eric recommended a urethane system to be sun protective which I was appreciate because I did not want my floor to discolor in the outside sun. It has been over 4 years since the installation and I still love my floor ... I referred him to many of my friends and they were very satisfied just like me. I also made sure that they were currently a Licensed Contractor, and they were... Beware, many companies are not currently licensed.... I hope this review helps others in choosing such an excellent company.. Highly Recommend-and Satisfied Customer..

Desert Floor Coatings did a horrible job installing metallic epoxy flooring for my medical clinic. They screwed up the preparation and refused to fix it. They screwed up the finish so bad it cannot be repaired. There are holes in the finish from tools, bubbles everywhere and they refuse to clean up the mess they made on door jams, trims and wall. Justin and Tom are liars and unprofessional. The only thing worse than the quality of their work is their lack of professionalism and integrity. Don't waste your money!
