Cardinal Concrete Coatings did an excellent job resurfacing my garage floor. The garage floor was covered in oil, grime and who knows what prior to resurfacing. They transformed a disgusting mess into something beautiful.

Our company just used Penhall for a last minute project to core some concrete and cut a square in a floor for a sump pump. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From my initial call to the sales representative to dispatch, to the technicians that came out and performed the work. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, clean, and fast. WOW!!....SERIOUSLY.....WOW!! So, this is my second time with an “epoxy floor”......and now will be my last! The first time I did it-I got scammed. They didn’t use epoxy, they did the job in one day and it was three weeks before it started peeling and chipping off. American Epoxy Arizona is such a professional organization, with a personal touch. I originally phoned Eric, 4.5 years ago, during the build out of our veterinary clinic.
I needed a matte finish, non-slip, easy clean, no grout and super durable (20 + years) floor.
Eric came to my location, the same day, to explain the process and show me samples.
Eric also directed me to another vet clinic, where I could see the very same floor I wanted.
I was able to see for myself how the floor was holding up and talk to the people who used it everyday and were responsible for cleaning it.

Eric was attentive to our timeline. His staff was courteous and professional.
It’s no small task coordinating the timing of grinding and prepping the concrete, laying
down the layers of concrete coating and getting the walls painted without trashing the paint
or the floor. Eric made it happen, when it needed to happen.

Recently, we had a small area in the floor, where the concrete itself bubbled and broke
apart, which damaged the coating surface. Eric came and explained what happened.
He fixed the floor in one, hassle free visit and it was covered by the warranty.

We couldn’t be happier with First Class Coatings and our floor. We highly recommend

Could not have had a better experience from start to finish. Great communications with no surprises. Was installed as advertised on time and exactly as priced. Highly recommend!!

We had our floors done when we first moved in and they looked great. The issue is when your floor settles and there are chips/cracks. I have had an awful time trying to get any response or an appointment even to fix my floors. It looks horrible with a chip right in the hallway and we are trying to sell our home. The customer service is very poor. I am still waiting with no actions after several weeks. I would not recommend them at this time. It is unfortunate as they have a nice product.
