I contracted with Mel to widen our driveway, put in a new walkway to my front porch and pour a slab to extend my back patio. He came over on a Monday to prep the areas then returned on a Wednesday to complete the project. Mel's work is amazing. He and his crew know exactly what needs to be done. The end result has enhanced our home. I could not be more pleased.

I am also very pleased with Mel keeping me in the loop with scheduling, prep work and completion. Mel answered my questions and made sure this project was done professionally. I highly recommend Specialty Concrete.

Communication was great from the 1st call and bid throughout the entire job. The crew was fast, efficient and did excellent work. They removed all debris and forms at the end of the job.

WORST EVER !!!!!! This company has no regard for patrons and clearly by the response I received from the site worker ( because the Site Supervisor couldn't speak English ) when I addressed why they were starting constriction just after 3am when the city ordinance states that they cant start construction until 5AM on week days and 7am on weekends unless a special permit is granted ( which they didn't have) was yes call the police , we know we cant be here early but my boss told us to do this so we have to listen , the cops and sheriff get called on us all the time, but we have to listen to the boss This is clearly standard operations for this company. I suggest to builders that they look into using companies that follow the law. SHAME ON YOU SIERRA VERDE

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. If you’re looking to preserve and beautify the concrete around your home, based on our experience, my wife and I simply cannot recommend Sun Valley Concrete Coatings enough. Great people on time!

Desert Floor Coatings did a horrible job installing metallic epoxy flooring for my medical clinic. They screwed up the preparation and refused to fix it. They screwed up the finish so bad it cannot be repaired. There are holes in the finish from tools, bubbles everywhere and they refuse to clean up the mess they made on door jams, trims and wall. Justin and Tom are liars and unprofessional. The only thing worse than the quality of their work is their lack of professionalism and integrity. Don't waste your money!

Saturn did a stamped concrete patio project for us. The work was excellent and the communication during the project was outstanding. Good team to work with.
