AK Brands did an outstanding job in updating our kitchen and master bathroom in our home in Scottsdale. We got gorgeous grey Quartz countertops, stunning subway tiles, and new faucets and tub-and-shower plumbing. We went from worn out mediocrity to premium quality. My wife and I are extremely pleased with both quality and price. Mr. Kasraee went above and beyond to work with us. His team of craftsmen and workers were professional and courteous and did excellent work. We love the look and quality of our updated home. Very much worth the investment. Thank you, AK Brands.

My wife and I were stuck without a kitchen floor after a pipe burst under our sink. The folks at Arizona Hardwood were great throughout the whole process of getting our kitchen back together. They helped us pick out a great wood floor that didn't bust our wallet. They assisted with the insurance quote, worked with our schedules, and coordinated work seamlessly with all the other contractors. They always showed up on time, and best of all, they did excellent work. Our new floor looks great!

A broken dishwasher water supply line flooded our house requiring all new flooring. While we were at it, we figured we take the opportunity to also redo our two bathrooms. Sammy and his crew at Floor Coverings International were speedy to reply and get us started on the next steps in our remodel. We’ve all heard horror stories of folks not showing up or leaving projects half done. I’m happy to report, this team was on time (if not early) each day and pushed to get the project done in a timely but not rushed fashion. A huge kudos to Cesar, the crew member that did the bulk of the work. He was meticulous with the details and our new bathrooms and tiles throughout our home look great!

GarageFloorCoating did an excellent job on my garage floor. I found the price to be reasonable and the end result is beautiful. I love the epoxy coating on my garage floor. I can now use my garage as a home gym and I love going into my garage. The employees are professional and dependable.

Spoke with Karen who is an estimator and she said she would review my specs and get back to me. Instead of being professional and saying the job was too small or they were not able to do it she just blew me off, refused to return my calls or my texts. Very unprofessional and not how you handle clientele. Bad business practices.?

So express flooring is exactly that. We were making a room for my soon to be 18 year old and I couldnt Wait the 6-8 weeks others were offering, so I called Them. They came down measured and 2 days later we had carpet. They said we got upgraded pad, they said we got a coupon BUT the carpet was expensive and it doesn’t feel upgraded pad at all BUT I was In a rush. So did I get The rush I needed ?. Will I use them again??? No. I need The rest of the house done and at the prices they charge it isn’t going to happen. But I got Fast carpet and that is what I needed.

Stay Away! When my husband looked up flooring, the big ad budget put them at the top with their flashy 70% off ads. A sales person (Robbie) got us to sign a temporary application in case we decided to buy. As they were able to start right away, we proceeded but declined the warranty. Unfortunately, Wells Fargo still seems to show we owe that but Robbie assured me that it would be taken off...it just needs time. They came in, worked fast and the floors look great (though not as scratch resistant as we were led to believe) BUT, the whole reason we did this was to even out the floors in our large manufactured home. There were dips of up to 1% in the transition from one room to the next. They had to take the flooring back out and try to fix it. It's not 100% right but better than before. Our kitchen was the biggest issue so we suggested they start there so there was time to address any needs under the existing flooring. They waited until the last day to really address it then the foreman wasn't there for most of this. They use a quick set but didn't bring fans to help it dry. With two of our fans, it started then they laid the new flooring down...but it was not right.Later, we could literally feel a bounce under the floor. There are several areas where the floor is very obviously not right. We notified them immediately then they were to come out after we came back into town. We were scheduled to have the kitchen/laundry room flooring repaired last week, didn't hear, reached out a few times to find out the flooring was on backorder and should be in the next Monday or Tuesday and they would contact us to hopefully come out on Thurs. Waited, texted the foreman, waited, texted the saleslady, finally heard back. They are due out again today. This will mean our kitchen and laundry room being taken apart again (such an inconvenience) but we are not stopping until this is 100% fixed.I hope I have a great update to add and maybe more stars but if you are looking for flooring right now, I would keep looking.UPDATE: They came back out, poured the leveling agent they should have used from the beginning. They agreed with my decision to wait a few days for it to completely dry before putting the flooring back. In the meantime, walking on the hard surface still showed some unevenness but they said they'd ground down the edges, not put the baseboards back till I could was happy. I made the mistake of working outside that morning then came in after only a short time to find the baseboards back. While the floor was better than their first attempt, it was and is still not right. In some areas, you can feel where the leveling agent stopped, a few planks click when you walk on the seam between them.I am not having them back out to fix this again. Other action will have to be taken.Please...don't get fooled by the 70% blast in your search for flooring. It's product only and just not worth all this or the bill you are still left with.
