Best Safety Pool Fences in Phoenix AZ

Arizona Pool Fence just installed a fence around our new pool. The installer was very knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the way.

This is great quality fiber mesh fence with solid poles. It is removable but looks good and feels solid so we will probably leave it up year around. Mitchell was great to deal with, no high pressure sales pitch, willing to take time and explain everything, talk through our options and work up an estimate of fence length. He and his partner were able to come do the install a week after we signed. They came on time and did an excellent, professional job, with good ideas and suggestions for the details of the final layout (but open to discussion). Things like pros and cons of gate placement or how much room to leave inside and outside the fence benefited from their experience but were customized to our preferences. Highly recommended!

Customer Name: Lenora Skog. I spoke with someone last Tuesday morning, texted him all my information, thinking he would set up an appt. Never heard from anyone until 5:45 that evening, when I received a text that he was on his way to look at the job. I told him that wasn't going to work, I was not home and it was getting dark outside, and I was not going to do this in the dark. Wanted to know who was home to show him the work, he was busy the rest of the week. Then he said he could come the next day (Wednesday) at 3:00. Never showed up and never called again! Evidently this company really doesn't want the work. Poor customer service.

We moved into our new home with our 2 year old and needed a pool gate ASAP. DCS Industries came to the rescue. We had someone out within a few days who helped us design the gate layout and select materials that would be best. We were scheduled to have our gate installed within 9 days of moving in.

Our installer and gate expert Art did an outstanding job. He was professional and went above and beyond. He took the time to talk us through the details of our instalation options. Our yard is not flat so im glad we had someone with so much experience to perfect our gate. He wanted to maintain the beauty of our yard and ensure the safety of our child around the pool. Our gate looks amazing and definitely enhances the esthetics of our yard.

They replaced the garage door springs, bearings, and cables - excellent job! Frank is who I call for all garage door repairs - he carries all the parts on his truck and can fix it on the spot!

Justin’s and his crew where able to squeeze our install in right before Christmas and we were expecting an easy install. When the crew completed the job, we were not happy with the final product. The biggest reason I am leaving a review is due to the outstanding customer service offered by Justin to make things right with our pool fence. They came back after the holidays and redid the problem area to our liking. Justin and crew are the real deal….a company that still gives customer service not lip service. As a Father to young children, a safety fence for our pool was a huge priority for us. The Pool Safety Fencing team was really easy to work with and my wife is really happy with the quality of the safety fence around our pool. Highly recommend these guys!

These guys were awesome. We were referred to Luke and Joey by our pool builder, and they were friendly, professional, prompt, and knew exactly what they were doing. The price was competitive and never changed from what they originally quoted us, which was nice. We had to ask for a rush installation (last minute pool inspection) and they showed up at 6am to get it done for us, with zero complaints or anything. Very happy with the end product too, especially with how transparent it is (sort of like a window screen). I’d highly recommend them.

Promises a completion date is then it changes after you give them a deposit. And then they won’t return your deposit back. They will take your money and run.

Great experience and product with Fence Pros. We had an iron fence removed and a new mesh, removable fence added. Love the new fence and it's super easy to take up/down - just what we wanted. The whole process working with Fence Pros was smooth and the installation crew was fantastic - very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend Fence Pros!

We received several quotes from businesses to install some fencing. This company was not the cheapest, but seemed to have experience doing this kind of job. After the initial quote, the CFO was extremely uncommunicative and when we were finally able to schedule the job, they didn't show up nor did they let us know they were not coming. After several calls and emails, we were able to reschedule. Again, no show. We tried one last time to contact them as it is difficult to find contractors with all the building going on. Not only did they not show again, but the CFO emailed the day of and bailed altogether on the job. This, after months of waiting to get on their schedule! Fence AZ has been very difficult to work with and I would strongly discourage anyone from hiring this company.

They don't ever show up. I spoke with 2 different people there, each of them said they would come to my house to measure and give me a quote. The first one told me 4 different times that he was coming. I waited at home and no one ever showed. 4 times! So I decided to give them another chance and spoke with someone else. He made an appointment with me and never showed! They clearly don't stick to their word so they definitely won't be getting my business.
