As an an out of town rental owner, it's hard to find a company that you can trust from hundreds of miles away. I was able to find Security Garage Door on the internet and was able to connect them with my property manager Top Property Shop out of Glendale. I spoke with Charlie from the Security Garage Door office, and was able to have someone come out and check a rusted fence within a day. Since I had prospective tenants looking at my property the following week, they were able to get in-and out quickly and were able to scheduled the work right away. I'd recommend Security Garage Door to anyone who needs Garage Door Repair or even fence repair.

Secure Swim is professionalism, friendliness, and class start to finish. I have not one single complaint or reservation, big or small, about the entire process and result of having our pool fence installed. Not only am I hugely relieved to have it done with such stress-less ease but I am surprised that I like the look of our pool and yard better with the pool fence in place. Didn't expect that.

Justin came to explain the product and installation, and provide an estimate (provided within an hour). I had done online research first, but he explained more and answered all my questions quickly and completely (and I ask a lot of questions). I did not go for another estimate because he was so straight up. He wasn't selling but calmly, clearly, simply describing a good product he believes in and backs up. My perception was of an honest person running an honest business. I was right.

The installers, Gabe and Jesus, were the same way. The feel wasn't of casual employees or sub-contractors, but good people partnered in an organization they believe in and competent owners of their own labor and skill. Easy, on time, friendly, professional, gave good information and advice, were fun to work with. For example, the location of gate installation had to be decided. It was suggested that some people like to place a gate where it is not only efficient but also most attractive (longest fence span where most visible from the house). I didn't think of this, but it is something that would make a difference to me every day looking at it. I do appreciate that input every day.

We were given a lesson on how the gate works, given the keys (like keys to a new car), walked through how to remove the fence if we wish, and given fine points about how to reinstall it best and adjust the gate close tension after doing so. Good stuff to know that we wouldn't have thought to ask, and that most contractors would not think of or take time to tell.

Every emailed communication and question was easy. Selection of colors was easy (clear explanation of pros/cons and photo examples). Scheduling was easy. Confirming time was easy. Installation was easy. Payment was easy. The price was easy. Given the quality of the process and installation, it was very good.

My husband and I recently had a mesh pool fence installed by Brian’s crew. During the initial inspection we met with Brian and expressed to him that the outdoor living area was plumbed and wired so we were concerned that the drilling required to install the fence would cause an issue. My husband has a background in construction so we were very explicit about the plumbing under the casita concrete pad. We were able to get the fence installed within a couple of days and the fence itself is of great quality. However, we noticed a sprinkler line was broken during the drilling causing a bunch of water around our concrete pad. When we called Brian he was pretty blunt about saying they don’t deal with any damages and it’s “in the contract.” I’m leaving this review to give everyone a heads up to read the contract in detail because as brand new home owners already paying thousands of dollars for a fence we expected to be installed without damages, we are now facing even more expenses when the contract was not reviewed or explained during the inspection process. It’s literally one piece of paper that looks like a receipt.

I contacted the CFO David about a job I needed done asap. He came out the next day and looked at the work that needed to be done, said it would be easy. A couple of days past by and he told me he was waiting on supplier info, and that he would have an answer by end of day. He never got back to me, and completely stopped returning my phone calls and emails. If he was unable to do the job, he should have called back and said so, no problem. But the choice to ignore a potential client, goes to show the level of care and professionalism this man/company have. Also, they are more expensive than their competitors. Dont bother with them, they will waste your time.

They don't ever show up. I spoke with 2 different people there, each of them said they would come to my house to measure and give me a quote. The first one told me 4 different times that he was coming. I waited at home and no one ever showed. 4 times! So I decided to give them another chance and spoke with someone else. He made an appointment with me and never showed! They clearly don't stick to their word so they definitely won't be getting my business.
