Great service, very professional and hard workers. Highly recommend.

Management was unprofessional. Although the installer was helpful and pleasant to work with, management did not own their mistake about agreeing to work that they could not do that ultimately lost them business and lost me time on getting a fence installed. I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt that this was a one off scenario of poor customer service but then after telling me they would call to talk about the situation, they never did. Should have done my research ahead of time to know that there are better options out there that are more reliable and make customer service a priority.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We shopped around for price and Clear Choice was the winner. The lower price did not diminish quality at all. We had specific guidelines we needed to meet for state regulations for foster care and they were very knowledgeable about requirements! Thank you Clear Choice!

I want to say thank you, Fence Builders Phoenix, for such a fantastic service. I experienced excellent customer service, professionalism, and honesty.

I called for 4 straight weeks for a simple quote on some powder coating on some wrought iron panels. I gave the description, quantity, size, number of panels and posts. I gave my number email etc. was constantly told I’ll hear back but never did. I run a fence company have a lot of business for someone.

The right choice

My wife and I are very pleased with the work DCS Pool Barriers did for us. They installed a beautiful iron fence in our backyard that naturally curves to the form of our walkway. We were so impressed with the workmanship that we decided to have DCS install a new backyard and front yard gate. We love the new look of our fence and gates. We highly recommend DCS Pool Barriers for any fence or gate work your looking to complete.

Would not look at and said they would not repair a fence they installed.
It was installed in 2008. And we were very happy with it. But that has nothing to do with the fact that they wouldn't come out and see if they would repair or replace it.
And they NEVER offered to come look at it. I told them I had the receipt.
I WAS TOLD We need the receipt to come out.
Crazy ur defence is that I made this whole thing up...

They were able to take care of my fence. Great company, will use again.

Pinnacle Fencing Solutions is a family operated business and veteran owned.

These is by far the worst company I have ever hired. The workmanship is great. the Scheduling sucks. They never show up on time and never do what they say the are going to. If you can handle the mismanagement the work I would hope will get done sooner or later. It has now been 3 weeks for a job that should have taken 3 days. My advice, Find another company.

There are a lot of fence contractors in Phoenix and Mesa so save yourself some time and call FenceAZ. The prices are fair and they have some great experience in the industry.

I retracted my initial review because Universal Fence stood behind their product and labor. They went above and beyond to make sure our fence was repaired and installed professionally. I would recommend them for your future fence needs.
