Best Pool Fences Gates in Phoenix AZ

Hector and his Fences Del Sol team have now done several jobs for us including repairs to damaged areas and raising the height of an existing block wall. Oh, and pavers, too. In each case he has offered professional advice on how to proceed then gone on to do an excellent job. We’ve come to trust his judgment implicitly as he will not agree to do anything unless it’s done right - no half way, corner cutting on construction quality for him. His pricing is very reasonable but if he puts his name on a project it’s going to be done right. Plus, he has started when he said he would each and every time. We recommend him every chance we get and he is always our first call for projects. Because of their quality of work they ARE busy so don’t wait to call them then expect they can come right out.

From the first phone call to Mckayla to schedule our first estimate to meeting Rob (great guy) that estimated our job and then the day of installation, the crew...Oscar, Ernie, Mitchell and Duggy...you are welcome back at my house anytime. We so enjoyed working with you. You helped us with our questions and concerns and didn't leave till it was completed.
We did have a little issue with passing our final inspection with Pinal County but I called Mckayla to find out what we could do and within 5 minutes I had a call from Oscar telling me he'd be back at 4:30 to fix my issue.....true to his word, my issue was resolved and I passed inspection the next day. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I also received a call from Tim making sure the issue was being taken care of.

I spoke to Armando on a Monday for a quote and was told I would receive a text to which I could reply with details in writing. And I was told I would receive a quote about 24 hrs after that. Never received a text.

Decided to reach out and spoke to Armando again before leaving a Google review. I received apology and then the text. I sent details. No quote 24 hrs later. Sent a follow up text and was assured I would receive quote. Never did.

I have a feeling if my husband had called, he might have gotten a response, a timely response at that. But a female asks for a fencing quote and the company can’t be bothered to reply.

I am not impressed. I always have people call him amd ask for estimates to let me know what he expecting to get paid for projects. I am happy to say that I can consistently beat jonnies prices. We all use the same materials and know what specifications from city to city. I would welcome biding against jonmie any where any time.

Did a great job on my pool filter shade and my RV gate. I would definitely recommend.

I’m very impressed with the quality of work I received from Sereno Custom Fence & Gates. Juan showed up on Sunday with a reasonable quote for our RV and side gates. He said it would be finished by the end of the week and kept his promise. The gentlemen are courteous and professional.

Very professional and thorough work. We are very happy with this company and would recommend them highly.

Couldn't be better

This company took my deposit on April 28 for a June 9 install for a mesh pool fence. This company informed me on June 9 that they could not install the fence until end of July. When I asked for my deposit they charged me a 3% credit card fee for a debit card transaction. Wells Fargo does not charge for debit card transactions. Be very careful using this business! I will give them one star for their salesman showing up on time.

There are a lot of fence contractors in Phoenix and Mesa so save yourself some time and call FenceAZ. The prices are fair and they have some great experience in the industry.

They don't ever show up. I spoke with 2 different people there, each of them said they would come to my house to measure and give me a quote. The first one told me 4 different times that he was coming. I waited at home and no one ever showed. 4 times! So I decided to give them another chance and spoke with someone else. He made an appointment with me and never showed! They clearly don't stick to their word so they definitely won't be getting my business.
