Best Fences Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

At first this company was great and did everything as they said they would but then they left without properly latching the gate that goes too and from the pool and told me to do it myself and the only reason they came back to fix it was because I wouldn’t pay the remaining balance of the bill that was $300 off of the original quote to begin with. Now only 6 months later the gate has come unattached from our retaining wall and the gate does not function properly because of this. I have contacted the company several times and they have said they will come me to schedule (which they still haven’t done) and that they have to fit me into their existing schedule which is a month and a half out. I have 3 small children at risk because their fence will not function as it should and they couldn’t care less about it. I will not be recommending their services and know a handful of people who are in need of a pool fence.

These guys are great. The work is fantastic and the employees are friendly and professional. The prices are fair and I recommend them to anyone looking for fence work.

I called for 4 straight weeks for a simple quote on some powder coating on some wrought iron panels. I gave the description, quantity, size, number of panels and posts. I gave my number email etc. was constantly told I’ll hear back but never did. I run a fence company have a lot of business for someone.

1. They suck !

2. I called them weeks ago and left a message to call me back on how to proceed with scheduling installiand they never call back.

3. I called them Thursday to see again what we needed to get scheduled and they can't find my original estimate.

4. Supposed to call me Friday with amount due... No call again

5. Charges me 3% to take a debit card over the phone ?

6. Scheduled to pick up a check from me today at Chandler between 11 -12... Get a call at 1150 saying they will be here in 45 minutes and they still can't find my original estimate or how much I owe.

7. Show up over an hour late for a scheduled appointment.

Great staff.

Alex and Michael arrived on time and were prepared to do the work we had discussed. We made a couple of last minute changes, but Alex took them in stride and accommodated all the changes we asked of him.

From the first phone call to the install they made everything so easy!!! I seriously can’t recommend this company more! The fence quality is amazing, it looks so good, and they listened to my design ideas and gave me advice to make it even better. I am so appreciative to the whole team! My back yard is safe for my little ones and looks great too! I called a lot of companies before choosing this one and I am beyond happy I found them!

Incredible pool fence service. They did an amazing job installing without breaking our pavers. Scott was very flexible in layout options. We worth paying these professionals with installing a quality mesh pool fence.
