Overall very pleased with masonry work that was done on replacing 3 sections of a retaining wall. Masonry work was well done. Overall very clean and organized and left landscaped pretty much intact. On time as scheduled to starting the project from start to completion as stated. I would highly recommend this Company . Very friendly and professional and in regard to Q&A was very knowledgeable and steering you in the right direction on meeting your needs and recommendations on what was to take place.

Talked to the owner and was told the fence installation would be up to city code. Agreed to pay the cost as I felt the work would be up to city code standards. When the city inspector came out to complete the inspection he pointed some items that were not properly completed and the inspection failed. I called the company back to complete the work they had originally agreed to do. They charged me an additional fee for having to come out a second time. I feel that they should understand city code before they tell their customers the work is up to code. It’s not my fault and I feel that I should not have to pay more for their mistake.This company needs to understand city code before they tell the consumer they perform work up to code standards. They were not understanding of the situation and pushed an additional fee to me. That’s unethical and bad business practice.

I hired Sereno custom fence and gates on Friday. They started on Sunday finished Monday. They replaced an old swinging gate into a large rolling RV gate. They literally constructed the gate on site. Kept our dogs from leaving the yard while working cleaned up afterwards

Didn't feel like I was a welcomed customer

Working with Suly and Carlos at Block Fence of Arizona was beyond pleasant and effortless. They did with for me through an insurance claim after a neighbor drive their car through my block wall. Suly remained engaged and responsive from my very first contact with them to my last. She gave very clear direction on what she would need to put together a comprehensive and detailed estimate for the insurance claim, and one the claim was approved, she got me scheduled immediately. Carlos arrived with another crew member on time and ready to work on the first day. He and his crew were very efficient and got everything completed as promised in the initial estimate. If I ever have any other block work that needs to be done, I will not hesitate to call Block Fence to work with Suly and Carlos again. Thank you both for making a stressful accident into a very pleasant experience on the repair side!

Hired these guys to do a fence repair and an addition and they were great. The service was great and they did a wonderful job on my fence. I will be using them again to finish the rest of my fence.

Had them install an entry gate. Not a cheap one. They were suppose to return for some follow up stucco patching and paint removal. Never came back. So make sure you have them do everything before you pay them in full!!!!They finally returned, looks good.

Our Golf Course lot had a 140 foot iron fence blow over during a wind storm. Busting concrete blocks and snapping the iron fence. I called several fence companies that only wanted to install new fence. Then finally I found Western Fence and was delighted to hear they would 1. Remove old rusted, bent fencing 2. Replace and repair broken concrete blocks 3. Install custom fit posts and iron fencing (that was much stronger than my old fencing) 4. Paint new concrete blocks and paint new iron fencing the color specified by my HOA. The 3 groups of workers that spent time at my house were Clean, Professional, Polite, and did an excellent job. I could tell they took pride in their work. I am so happy with the results and would definitely recommend Western Fence to anyone.

The short version- Jimmy showed up and agreed to a robust, straight chain link fence on the back of my property. He said it would be done in three days. Two weeks later I was tired of arguing with him to do the job he agreed to do. By the end I couldn't wait for him to leave. I had to clean up after him and fix what I didn't like.

Long version- He was pleased to do the least possible. I had to argue to get him to do what he had agreed to do. At one point he suggested that I put caulk in the wide seams that should be welded. That was just the back fence.

The front fence was an add-on project that he said would be done in an additional two days. He removed the old fence. He put up posts for the new one. Argued about how it wasn't his fault for it being crooked and a list of other excuses. I insisted that he take the posts out and put in new ones that were straight. He agreed. Then four days later he announced that he wasn't going to do it. The fence he took down is in a pile and I don't have a front fence now. Then he gave the old posts away to the neighbor. I had to go ask for them back and then haul the posts with a big chunk of concrete attached to them back to my yard. All eight of them. I still had to pick up all the wire and pipe pieces he cut and left on the ground and the pieces of wire left hanging on the fence.

Jimmy is charming and talks a good game, but looks to do as little as possible. When things get difficult, he leaves. I have to hire a new fence guy for the front. Which, after all this, I'm now reluctant to do.

We just had the second phase of a commercial pool fence project completed at Paradise RV. We needed to relocate our pool fence and gates to make it easier for our residents and guests to move around the complex, which is especially important for an age qualified community. The end result is great. I knew relocating the fence would have a great impact but the real plus is that the new fence added such a rich touch to the pool area. You typically think of this type of fence as something you have to deal with but it really enhanced the look of our pool and spa area. And they finished the work in about two days. Nicely Done! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Came out to our School in Peoria as we had a fence with several broken bars in it. My position here at the school is to deal with vendors and repairs needed around the school. Out of all the vendors I have dealt with these guys have become 1 of my favorites. Straight and to the point, very reasonable pricing, and great quality. Showed up on time and did the job very quickly on top of making a few other welds where prior welds were cracking. THANK YOU!!

I ordered a 12 1 7/8 Galvanized 4 rail pipe gate for my horse corral. I had purchased on a few years ago from the and it was perfect. They said it was done and it wasn't. The gave me a 12 1 5/8 painted 4 rail gate. I picked up the panel and about two day slater they delivered the swinging gate portion. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
