Hands down the only company you need to contact if you’re looking for a fence or gate. I started the process of an RV gate with a different (cheaper) company and was continuously let down by unreturned phone calls, broken promises and no shows. Maradith and Todd at DCS answered every email and every phone call immediately. They showed up when they said they would and when my pool was ready for a fence much earlier than expected they worked their magic and got our pool fence installed. The quality of work and professionalism from this company is worth every penny. I could go on and on but the bottom line is skip the hassle of wasting time with other disappointing companies, DCS is the only one you need!

Frank came out the next day I called them for service on our garage door , he fixed our springs and did not Try to up sale us. He was very fast and nice ! He even gave me advice about our bee problem saved me money with an exterminator! What a guy !?

Secure Swim is professionalism, friendliness, and class start to finish. I have not one single complaint or reservation, big or small, about the entire process and result of having our pool fence installed. Not only am I hugely relieved to have it done with such stress-less ease but I am surprised that I like the look of our pool and yard better with the pool fence in place. Didn't expect that.

Justin came to explain the product and installation, and provide an estimate (provided within an hour). I had done online research first, but he explained more and answered all my questions quickly and completely (and I ask a lot of questions). I did not go for another estimate because he was so straight up. He wasn't selling but calmly, clearly, simply describing a good product he believes in and backs up. My perception was of an honest person running an honest business. I was right.

The installers, Gabe and Jesus, were the same way. The feel wasn't of casual employees or sub-contractors, but good people partnered in an organization they believe in and competent owners of their own labor and skill. Easy, on time, friendly, professional, gave good information and advice, were fun to work with. For example, the location of gate installation had to be decided. It was suggested that some people like to place a gate where it is not only efficient but also most attractive (longest fence span where most visible from the house). I didn't think of this, but it is something that would make a difference to me every day looking at it. I do appreciate that input every day.

We were given a lesson on how the gate works, given the keys (like keys to a new car), walked through how to remove the fence if we wish, and given fine points about how to reinstall it best and adjust the gate close tension after doing so. Good stuff to know that we wouldn't have thought to ask, and that most contractors would not think of or take time to tell.

Every emailed communication and question was easy. Selection of colors was easy (clear explanation of pros/cons and photo examples). Scheduling was easy. Confirming time was easy. Installation was easy. Payment was easy. The price was easy. Given the quality of the process and installation, it was very good.

Good work, good product, good process, good people, great value.

As a Father to young children, a safety fence for our pool was a huge priority for us. The Pool Safety Fencing team was really easy to work with and my wife is really happy with the quality of the safety fence around our pool. Highly recommend these guys!

100% recommend this company. They came out and gave us a quote on our pool last week and we’re able to fit us in just one week later. Living in the valley you always hear the tragic stories of kids escaping out the back door and getting in the pool, that is not something my family wanted written in our story in life. A lot of companies give outrageous prices. But not this company. They were very fair priced with a lifetime warranty and put in a free alarm on the door.

Another thing I genuinely liked about this company is they were not sales gimmicky. They were not trying to push products on you or talk your ear off like most others to try and push a sale. For a lot of homeowners that can be a huge turnoff.

Terrible customer service. Ironman was supposed to install two freestanding gates and they did not make them correctly to install. They came near an hour outside of the arrival window they originally said and while I was not home. I thought they were coming during the window they gave me. They dug in the ground near my electrical box and cut the electrical line to my sprinkler system. The worker crew put cement on my electrical line, sprinkler head and sprinkler plumbing. They absolutely refused to replace the electrical line they damaged and wanted to rig it with a bunch of electrical tape and a small segment piece of electrical line. The supervisor put me as a last priority and kept putting me off. The scheduler did not get back to me when she said she would. It was difficult to reach the scheduler when I called because they often said she was in the shop. They rescheduled and cancelled because their oven broke down. They came out with the wrong shade of colored posts that did not match the gates. Therefore, they had to reschedule again. They had me wait another week before rescheduling and they did not call when they said they would. I had to become the coordinator and call to chase them down for near 2 months. Also, they were supposed to reschedule again. I had to call and chase them down. They didn't want to answer my call and excused themselves that they had phone system trouble all day. I found out the oven broke down again too. Another day, (Rick) the owner was rude to me when he intercepted my phone call while I was calling for the scheduler. During another call, the Office Manager (Sheila) was rude to me and hung the phone up on me while I was trying to get a resolution. Iron man Pool Fence caused this installation to last an extra month in a half from the time the gates were to be ready. I was wondering how many times were they going to have to come out. This is a total of 2.5 months from the original order date. They did not arrive during their scheduled arrival window. It was over an hour late from the tail end of the 2 hour window. I thought I was the customer. The customer service was horrible. I would have thought the owner would have been more considerate of everything they made me go thru. This gate ordering process needs improvement as well as the customer service. It is hard to recommend a company when one has a bad experience and the owner doesn't even want to make things right. To sum this experience up... Disappointing and a big let down. Save yourself a hassle and see if you can find a different company to use.

Great communication and joy to work with. Salesman showed up as scheduled and gave us a competitive price. Estimated completion date on schedule. Lead installer called en route with his estimate arrival time. Walked me through the layout to ensure everything was as requested, and with absolute joy. Install team was as excited as we were to get the fence installed. So happy. Whoever would have thought, a fence company like this could make your week. Thank you. Very Happy Customers. Very happy.

We received several quotes from businesses to install some fencing. This company was not the cheapest, but seemed to have experience doing this kind of job. After the initial quote, the CFO was extremely uncommunicative and when we were finally able to schedule the job, they didn't show up nor did they let us know they were not coming. After several calls and emails, we were able to reschedule. Again, no show. We tried one last time to contact them as it is difficult to find contractors with all the building going on. Not only did they not show again, but the CFO emailed the day of and bailed altogether on the job. This, after months of waiting to get on their schedule! Fence AZ has been very difficult to work with and I would strongly discourage anyone from hiring this company.
