Ok. So I had only about 12 feet of this fence installed about 2 and a half years ago. The recent July through September monsoon winds tested the fence and messed up my gate. I called Gina and they were extremely prompt to get my door adjusted. I have a 5 year old and a 18 month old little girl that likes to explore. I would be loosing sleep if this fence was not in place. Great bang for our buck!!

We found a home in a great location and the backyard we dreamed about but it did not have a pool fence. My husband and I were new to the process but knew we wanted to increase the safety for our loved ones in our home and those who come to visit. I received several qoutes from quite a few fence company’s and found CLEAR CHOICE POOL FENCING to be the most personable, friendly, and knowledgeable as we decided what color, size and style of fence to go with that best suited our backyard and safety concerns. Everything has been guaranteed and they even worked around us the day we moved in so we didn’t have to stay one night without the fence up! I am so grateful for the help and patients while making this decision on top of the flexible and quick time frame everything happened. They were very accommodating and have stood behind their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pool fence.

They did a good job with the block pony wall I had put in; but now there are at least four places where the blocks are loose. Looks like they fell short on the mortar. I can't get them to fix the problem. Excuses, promises and lies. I am very disappointed in them.

Update - my phone number hasn't changed and there are no VM's from you, so as you say....let's get this done. The woman who I was contacting has blocked me for no good reason. I was never rude or nasty to her. I quit texting her long ago since it was a waste of time.

I spoke to Armando on a Monday for a quote and was told I would receive a text to which I could reply with details in writing. And I was told I would receive a quote about 24 hrs after that. Never received a text.

Decided to reach out and spoke to Armando again before leaving a Google review. I received apology and then the text. I sent details. No quote 24 hrs later. Sent a follow up text and was assured I would receive quote. Never did.

I have a feeling if my husband had called, he might have gotten a response, a timely response at that. But a female asks for a fencing quote and the company can’t be bothered to reply.

My first experience with this company was horrible. Within the first 5 seconds of talking to the owner on the phone, He was very rude, would not even here me out, and had a nasty sense of sarcasm. I do not recommend this company. very unfriendly, rude, unprofessional.

they do not install residential fencing. didnt waste anytime on the phone - she quickly confirmed they cannot help me.. that is already great customer service.

DCS built a security gate for my patio. I am so happy with results. Zak & the other guy (sorry I forgot his name) were very friendly & did a great job! Maradith in the office was very easy to work with also. I would highly recommend them

Just had an awesome experience with Marcus. I am a homeowner who needed help with a project. Very polite and courteous. Saved me a bunch of money vs a Big Box Store.

This company subcontracts installation, but has no system in place to ensure quality control. After almost a months delay in install, they damaged my irrigation system and ignored my numerous attempts to correct deficiencies in installation. Attempts to contact the office to explain the contractor isn’t responding are met with unprofessional responses referring you back to the sub. This was not a low cost estimate chosen to save money. Buyer beware.

Some jerk hit and run-my chain link fence. Jimmy and his crew were out right away and pretty much had me a new fence up with in a shift of work. Took longer for poles to set. Jimmy made sure fence was nice and straight and matching with existing fence. like nothing ever happened. Jimmy also gave me a great price. Thanx jimmy

We just had the second phase of a commercial pool fence project completed at Paradise RV. We needed to relocate our pool fence and gates to make it easier for our residents and guests to move around the complex, which is especially important for an age qualified community. The end result is great. I knew relocating the fence would have a great impact but the real plus is that the new fence added such a rich touch to the pool area. You typically think of this type of fence as something you have to deal with but it really enhanced the look of our pool and spa area. And they finished the work in about two days. Nicely Done! We contacted CGD because we wanted to fence in our property with gabion walls and pillars incorporated into the design. They were quick to respond and after the initial meeting with Inaudi, we decided to proceed . They worked with us on design and budget and were terrific to deal with throughout..never pressuring us. Inaudi and crew were prompt, courteous and hard working...keeping us abreast of any changes or issues they encountered during the construction process. They were respectful to our property and the final results were better than we could have hoped for. We highly recommend CGD, Inaudi , Micheal and his crew.

If I could leave negative 5 stars...........I would without a doubt! Horrible company, horrible workmanship, horrible quality materials, strange workers, LIARS.......... Several Pool Companies will not even recommend them!! I saw what they did at the neighbors home during a party this weekend, and know someone else who used them, and had the same problems.......rusting, peeling, and this is within a few months. They claim to use powder coating.........However, I used to work for a company (ELECTRO PRIME), that powder coats products for the automotive industry............I personally saw no powder coating on any area of either of my friends fences. Just peeling, and cracking as well as rusting at the footers. When the paint peels or cracks, you would see the underside of the paint chips and the coating would not match the paint residue or residual. However, again, just plain old paint chips. No residue or coating on the fence either. LIARS!!! LIARS!!! LIARS!!!!
