Full kitchen remodel and could not be happier. Don Hughes is professional and knowledgeable. Have recommended his company to several friends.

Beware. Poor workmanship. Failure to pull permit on gas line because we believed they lied on placing the gas lines. Terrible customer service from president and his second in control -Jay W. Many sleepless nights. 3 month delay. Overcharged for kitchen cabinet materials that were not custom and lied to us. Fired them after failure to complete project and they took us to arbitration. Still in dispute. Please avoid. I am not even sure their reviews are real customers and recent reviews I think were removed. We are aware of other unhappy customers. Stay Away!!

Derek was great. Once we decided to choos aqua therapy, they were able to get the tube installed quickly. They kept us in communication the whole time.

My wife and I hired Ross to remodel our bathrooms and add a pantry to our kitchen and are very happy with the results. The bathrooms feel fresh and modern and the pantry integrates into the kitchen flawlessly as if that were the original design. Throughout the process, Ross juggled the balance of style, practicality, and affordability. He was professional in communicating, working with our schedule, respectful of our space (he kept everything VERY clean), reliable, and punctual. Overall, Ross is a pleasure to work with; he clearly takes pride in his work and delivers as if he were working with his own money on his house. We design and manufacture custom cabinetry for Robert Valenti and worked with him to design and make all the cabinetry for his project. The entire project was so clean and well managed. 123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

My wife and I finally decided to take the leap and remodel our kitchen, master bath, guest bath and a few other smaller projects like our railing, front door ect…. We vetted several companies before getting referred to Signature Kitchen and Bath. We were referred to them by a friend who had used them on three previous jobs. It was reassuring to have a personal reference whom we knew and had used them repeatedly.

I would strongly recommend Signature Kitchen and Bath and will be using them for future projects. It was great to finally find a company that could manage all the various projects we wanted done simultaneously while not inconveniencing our family. Having a dedicated project manager who was willing to accommodate our schedule with three young kids was great. Ben was very knowledgeable, personable, dependable, responsive, and reliable throughout the entire process.

The best thing about working with Signature Kitchen and Bath was the transparency. A project of this size was a considerable investment and could have been much more stressful than it already was if we didn’t have the open communication and transparency Ben showed. We were able to get everything we wanted done on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to our daily activities. It was a relief to have someone managing our project who could put our minds at ease by recognizing, empathizing, and resolving any unexpected issues and/or concerns that arose.

The most impressive part of the process was the management of all the different companies and tradesmen who came through our home to get this project completed. Everyone was polite, professional, considerate and courteous. It was nice to have so many crews who would clean up after themselves at the end of every day and respect the fact that we were still living here throughout the whole project.

A month after our project has completed, we have no regrets about working with Ben and Signature Kitchen and Bath. I would hire them again without a second thought and recommend them to friends and family.
