I can’t say enough wonderful things about Phoenix Home Remodeling! I love my new bathroom. The whole team is incredibly professional, and each person on it excels in their area of expertise. Jeremy has established a wonderful system and provides so much valuable information and I love the software system he uses. I always felt well-informed, and my questions and requests were responded to quickly. Jason, the Designer, took my few ideas and came up with a design that was both beautiful and highly functional. The guys who did the work – Ben, Mark, Garin and all of the others - worked so hard, their work was perfection, and before they left every day, the area was clean and organized. I’ve heard of people so tired of having workers in their house and problems associated with remodels, but these guys were so great, professional and the whole process was so easy and went so fast! Let me start off by saying, I rarely give company reviews. With that said, I can't say enough good things about Holtzman Home Improvement. Holtzman remodeled my kitchen and completed the project in December of 2021.

The work was impeccable and the finished project is AMAZING! Honestly, This is a family owned and operated business that cares about the customers and their work product. That's hard to come by these days. Holtzman is not the cheapest company and However, you get what you pay for.

They have detailed bids and billing, will never try to collect 50% or 75% of project costs up front, and offer premium services and products. I will continue to refer people to Holtzman and sing their song.

If you have an issue regarding warranty work with Brandon and his team is always there. Their warranty is 5 years. I have done multiple projects with Home Home improvement and they always stand by their work no matter what you need. You can definitely count on this company and trust their suggestions to make sure your project is successful.

If you are looking for reliable home remodeling contractor in Phoenix, the Luxury Remodels Company is the best choice. They have a good sense of using high-quality materials and products that are built to last and withstand daily use. Not cheap but I know what I paid for.

Aqua Therapy Tubs was a great company to work with. They were very professional and did an amazing job. They were very easy to work with and listened to what we wanted.

Scottsdale Bathroom Remodeling just finished our master bathroom remodel. I enjoyed every step of the smooth and seamless process of the well-managed project. I appreciated the crew's well-communicated timeline and the team's expertise and professionalism.

We had a new shower installed In October and it is a beauty. We also had a new floor installed. I complained about the job due to gaps along side the closet, toilet, and a wall adjacent to the toilet I also feel that your subcontractor or contractor did not take up all the tile underneath the flooring that he put it over that tile and therefore is uneven. He came back and mixed a colored grouting and asked if I could live with that and I said yes but in all honestly, I am not happy with the floor.

Nick and Mustache Approved Remodeling has been great to work with. They were professional, friendly, and honest. We had them lower a bar top, and replace our counter tops and install a back splash. Everything looks great and we will definitely use Mustache Approved Remodeling in the future.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

Be prepared to have your patience tried. We just completed a bathroom remodel This company's definition of time is very unique. They congratulated themselves on a project completed in four weeks. In actuality it was more like six weeks. However, that in itself, is not a big deal. Our extreme frustration was the lack of communication from those in charge. Phone calls were never returned. Texting is out or the question. Being informed as to when certain work would be done NEVER occurred. Apparently they fully expect to put a lock box on your home and come and go as they please. If you do bring up any minor change you'd like during the course of the project, you'd better ensure that it's put in writing. If not, you'll get we don't recall. The help we were promised to select our fixtures, tile, etc., turned out to be; here is the name of a store, let us know when you're done.

All that being said, we were very pleased with the various workers that actually came on site. The level of craftsmanship was very good. Thank goodness for that. We are satisfied with the end result. Even though it wasn't easy.

My review is for the customer service at the warehouse, not for any actual work done at my home.
A few weeks ago, one of Superiors employees came to our house, took measurements, and gave us an estimate. To my surprise, they were quite a bit cheaper in price for granite counters than other estimates I received.
Yesterday, my husband and I drove an hour to visit their warehouse. Had I known the customer service (or lack there of) was going to be so bad, we would have never wasted our Saturday going in. As we walked in the door, we were greeted by a young lady. She was helpful. I asked for our salesman (the same guy who did our estimate.) She said he just stepped out but will be back shortly, then walked us to the back warehouse and told us to look around until he gets back. That is were the customer service ends!!
About 10 minutes later, the sales guy shows up and asks if we see anything we like. Nothing in the warehouse is labeled price-wise, so we had to ask for prices on the few pieces we liked off the bat. The salesman phone rang, and he disappeared for 5-10 mins with us just waiting to get prices on other granite styles. When he came back, we asked for prices on another price. He was texting or trying to pick up his phone hen disappeared again. This happened multiple time in the 40 mins or so we were there. My husband and I finally got mad that we couldn't get any help and left.
I am all for saving money, but would rather pay extra to get quality service. If the service is this bad in the warehouse, God only knows what would happen when our kitchen was getting worked on.
