Best Renovation Project in Phoenix AZ

Thank you so much for everything!! This company is amazing! I was a nervous wreck when we bought our first “fixer upper” home. I had no idea where to start or what to do. Jeremy was one of the only contractors that reached out to me, out of the many I contacted, calmed my nerves and walked me through ever step! My house feels like a different home! Of all the kitchen and bathroom remodelers my wife and I checked out Holtzman Remodeling/Home Improvement had by far the best designs and most upfront prices and warranty. If my wife's mother comes to live with us we will be calling back for a senior or handicap bathroom, thanks again Holtzman Home Improvement.

Recently, we had our master bathroom torn down to the studs and totally remodeled by Homework Remodels. We met initially with the owner of the company Steve Shinn and his designer Sheila Lanier. We were so impressed by their presentation, that we did not bother to obtain any additional quotes.
Sheila, in addition to being quite personable, is an extremely talented designer and decorator with a great eye for color and composition. We accompanied her on many trips to select tiles, granite, bathroom fixtures, lighting, etc.
The subcontractors used by Homework Remodels were all excellent in their craft. The job foremen, Aaron and Lee oversaw our project with the utmost care. During part of the renovation, we had to be out of town but we were comfortable entrusting our home to these men during our absence.
During renovations, we also decided to have the company do a partial revision of our main guest bathroom. Although our initial budget was far exceeded, we believe the final product was well worth the cost.
We can highly recommend Homework Remodels to anyone seeking quality renovations of their home.

We used Atelier507 to remodel our kitchen, install new floors, build a closet and other misc items. We are now planning remodeling our master bathroom. Not only are they professional and reliable but Bobby and all his team are a pleasure to deal with. Bobby also helped with designing our projects and his advice was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them.

We did a total remodel of our house. When I wasn’t happy with something, they fixed it. They weren’t good about cleaning up after themselves. I told them I wanted the ceilings painted white, but Jake picked his own color of off white. One of the windows they put in was faulty and months later they replaced it, had it stuccoed, but never came back to paint it. They don’t respond to my texts. I painted it myself. We are happy with the end result, but you have to keep on them.

As before we had another great experience with 540. They did a great professional job on our living room remodel. They listen to you. Not like some contractors in this valley that basically force you into somthing you dont like or want when they are in the middle of the remodeling. From invoice to construction to punchlist, they are very stand up. We had a butcher block countertop installed on our cabinets. Beautiful work and blending. We used them on the exterior of our house and they did an awesome job on it. There was a crazy amount of detail on the design and they nailed that as well. We will always recomend 540!

After months of searching for a company to remodel my bathroom and ended up calling Independence Home Remodeling based on a coworkers recommendation. After calling and getting a quote I decided they were the right company for the job and the entire job was done quicker than expected at an affordable price with quality work that can't be matched.

We like the fact that this was a family owned business. The owners are so professional. We received calls from Judy asking how are project was going and always made sure we were happy. The materials showed up a day late, which put them a day behind. The work was done completely and satisfactorily. However, I had to call and have the dumpster removed after sitting in my drive for week. The dumpster place did not have an order to remove it. I needed it out because needed the drive free. Siding trim done.

These guys did both a tub/shower combo and a shower for me. Both took one day to install! They showed up a month early! The installers were professional and did a great job. The hot water on the tub wasn’t getting hot and they sent someone on the day I called them. It took 5 minutes and everything is now perfect! Thank you guys.
