Larry came to the house and went over the entire project with me and left me feeling so comfortable that I called the next day to go ahead with the conversion of taking out my garden tub and installing a walk-in shower. Brian came to do the work and he was beyond fabulous. He worked long hours for two solid days to get it done before we went out of town. He was always pleasant and when he was finished he made sure everything was clean and nothing was left behind. I honestly can't say enough about this company and the people. We had Nick Kayser owner of Mustache Approved Remodeling do one of our bathrooms. My best decision was to contract with Nick. He has 20 years in the Remodeling business. He is very honest, trustworthy, pays attention to ever little detail and provides good recommendations. When you contract with him, he provides a complete detailed schedule of the project and it is provided to the customer. You cannot go wrong with Nick. Contact Nick's company for your next Remolding project and be very happy when it is completed.

Disappointed in the level of customer service. I wanted to purchase a remnant from them. The sales associate I had worked with said to text him the picture of the slab I wanted to buy and he’d let me know if it was available. This was Thursday morning. It took him until Sunday night at 11:40pm to respond. Very unprofessional. See attached screenshot. Curious how he discovered at 11:40pm on a Sunday night that they no longer have any remnants.
