My house is about 20 years old and I needed someone to repair and remodel my hallway and master bathrooms.

Allen from Handyman Connection provided a very detailed estimates so I know the cost for each item and I could pick and choose to fit my budget. He also gave me some very good advice.

Todd and Ali were great!! As a homeowner, I always wonder if the contractors would treat my house as their own and put good effort to make my bathrooms look good. They did!!!! What else could I ask for? I'm very detail-oriented person, I want everything to be perfect. Todd made sure everything meet my expectation! He actually did a lot of things even I didn't know should be done.

I'm very happy with the result. My bathrooms are beautiful now!

Overpriced and under-skilled... Beware the two-man scam! I hired Response Crew to help me quickly repair a number of action items from my home inspection. I had a list of 14 basic items (from checking to see if some bulbs were burned out and cleaning sink aerators to replacing ceiling fans and putting up a tiny tile back-splash in the kitchen). Even though I have the skills and experience to do this work, I didn't have the time (with my job and all the moving, etc.). When I spoke to Jennifer at Response Crew, she looked at my item list (14 items) and said it would take them 5-6 hours to complete the work (at just under $100 per hour). I agreed to have them do the work.

I added on a tiny, 15sq ft back-splash in the kitchen and two ceiling fans... so I expected to pay more than $600. ...but the next day, Jennifer called me and told me that they had a second technician free up who could help get the work done in far less time (for $140/hr). She claimed it would save me money.

Stupidly, I agreed.

Finally, after $1400 and FOUR visits to my house (3 just to fix the same leaky hose bibb) and TONS of arguing with the owner (Adam) - who seems to think that I'm paying for his men to spend TIME in my house rather than FIX it - I am STILL fixing things from the list I sent them on Day 1 (the list they assured me THREE TIMES was complete).

I would NEVER use these folks again!

I will end off with two positive notes - 1) Jennifer is a great customer servant. I appreciate her patience and dedication to trying to make things right. Thanks to her, I have them an entire extra star in what would have otherwise been a 1-star review. 2) George did a tremendous job on my back splash. He does great tile work.

Despite those two positives, I would highly recommending calling someone else. These guys aren't as skilled as they claim and the two-man team thing is a total scam. Avoid.

This is the second time using Michelle’s Handyman service. 1st time at my home and this time at my restaurant. We had an exterior steel door fall off its hinges. George cut away the hinges and installed and upgraded with new hinges that closed the door automatically. He installed a bar drain and installed two solar spot lights on our roof to illuminate our logo. George is fast, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

Wow, what fantastic craftmanship. Steve built from scratch a custom bentch that converts into a desk for our 5th wheelll. His attention to detail is superb. He made exactly what we had in mind.

Did a fantastic job on our tile floor! Was very helpful and insightful​ with all of our up and coming remodeling projects. We look forward to having SDA back out for our next project.

As a service based company, we often have need for last minute repairs to keep our clients happy. Greg has been incredibly responsive, communicative and efficient in handling our needs. We highly recommend him!

Very disappointed with Jeff. Very poor representation of the company.Wife and I have been excited about redoing our kitchen for awhile. We reached out to this company and saw what great work they did. Unfortunately I really didn’t know what to think about Jeff and his first impression. We originally had an appointment for 9am on a Wednesday morning but had to reschedule and move back to later that afternoon. I was okay with that since appointments do tend to go over at times. Our appointment lasted 30 minutes. That drew the first red flag. Jeff showed up with shorts, a t-shirt and a baseball cap. I thought it was casual Friday, but realized it was only Wednesday. Jeff wasn’t in tune with anything I was saying. He wrote a makeshift proposal and completely forgot about our kitchen island within that 30 minute timeframe. It looked like he was in a rush. The proposal didn’t get finished and promised to have it emailed by end of day, which that didn’t happen. He claimed he was new, had 6 months with the company, was someone’s assistant and didn’t want to loose his job if he forgot something. Measured only the kitchen sink. I thought he knew his stuff and was good at eyeballing things. Our kitchen is small mind you, but I strong believe in first impressions regardless how small or big anything is. Wife and I may have to wait a little longer to get our kitchen done. I totally understand nothings free, not even water, but the number he gave us didnt including the countertops and the island. I know I’ll be going over budget. I may have to do this myself.

So unfortunate you would reply the same way to me as you did to Kristina Ferreira. Unfortunate people won’t take ownership of their issues. I’ll give you another review. I did call the 800 number. Jeff or whoever this individual working for whatever franchise of kitchen tuneup he works for is reached out and apologized. Promised to have the proposal by 2pm. DIDNT deliver. Texted him back requesting that he does not contact me again. Then people complain about jobs going to other people and or countries. If Jeff doesn’t work for you then I’ll find a way to post his picture captured from my doorbell camera on this review to help other potential clients to avoid this impostor.

They are honest, reliable and so hardworking. Did an amazing job. If you are looking for someone trustworthy that does what they day they will. Hire these guys!

Honest Handyman is fantastic. Kyle is outstanding with great work ethic, timely, respectful and honest. He has helped us out in a pinch and always does impeccable work. Kyle is a god.

I telephoned this company and was told rudely that they weren't taking any work at this time and hung up the phone.
