We chose Holtzman because they are a local company and they have a showroom for easy one-stop shopping. We also liked having Builder Trend for online communication and a calendar so that we could see when the work was scheduled to be done. Ryan was our consultant. He had great ideas and designed our bathrooms and helped us with our choices as we were picking everything out so that it all came together perfectly. John was our supervisor and he made sure that the work got done well. He was easy to talk to and on-site frequently. Everything from the tile to the plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, mirrors, etc. was very well done. The end results are beautiful. We are very happy that we chose Holtzman.

Thanks to Homework Remodels for a great job helping me restore my 1920s home. After the restoration was complete on the original house, they built my addition which included a master suite, a laundry room and a breakfast nook. They are very knowledgeable about historic restoration and they knew how to work with the historic society and the city to get the proper approvals and permits needed to meet the historic preservation requirements. They were a pleasure to work with and the new addition looks like it was part of the original house.

I have rehabbed many properties and it is always hard to find great contractors but PJH is honest, detailed and on time with their work which is key to my business.

Had an appointment for a quote but they no showed. I reached out and they offered a discount to reschedule so we did. The next weeks, we had Stephanie come out for a quote. She did her whole pitch, but the price was much too high so when we declined the offer, she got very upset. Began name calling and stormed out of the house saying she will never return. Yelled bye from the porch with an attitude for no reason.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

The crew did such a great job putting in a new vanity and vinyl flooring that we decided to replace all the flooring in our 30 year old mobile home and redo the second bathroom as well. Tim was so nice, very professional and such a pleasure to work with. The cost was very really reasonable and the job was completed on schedule. We will definitely be calling them again for all of our future home repairs.

Everything about the Windows enhancement went swimmingly, beginning with the sales presentation and continuing through the installation. Very professional, the installation was done quickly, and they made sure everything was clean before leaving. The installation worked out to my complete satisfaction. Robert was easy to work with and willing to take on all of my special request. Our work only extended through the planing and design phase, but he managed all the details well. I was able to speak face to face with the project architect, and he worked with the City of Mesa historical district to complete all permits(they are a pain). Overall I was pleased with the communication, design and planning that occurred during my project planing phases.
