Best Home Addition in Phoenix AZ

I had Holtzman remodel my kitchen a few years back and the job they did was outstanding. This time we were looking to completely remodel into a new master bathroom and we could not be happier. There were a few bumps along they way, but our PM Jarred was very communicative and I always knew where we stood for the whole project. We are eyeing a remodel of the spare bathroom now that the rest of the house looks so nice - when that time comes, we will surely reach out to Holtzman first.

We recently completed a full tear-out kitchen and master bath replacement with Homework Remodels in our mid-century home (built 1957). It was the second major project on which we engaged Steve Shinn and company. The first was about ten years ago for an addition to our home that added an office/bedroom, laundry room, garage extension, new roof, painting and changes to front and rear patios.

Doing such an extensive project that involved all trades gave us the opportunity to really get to know Steve, the quality of work from his team, and the way he runs his business. Needless to say, we were very satisfied and had no hesitation calling Homework Remodels for this latest project.

We were very pleased to see that Steve was not only still in business following the recession that clobbered so many local companies, but actually had grown his business over that time. Knowing that Steve takes a long-term approach to managing his business, and having seen his dedication to customer satisfaction, we were not surprised to see that Homework Remodels flourished. We had uncertainties about other contracting firms, so we went with the one we knew and with whom we already had a good experience. We had confidence in Homework Remodels, so it was a pretty easy decision.

One of the changes we found, that was of great value to us, is that Steve now had an in-house designer, Sheila, whose experience and expertise was obvious from our first meeting. It made tackling such a large project a much more comfortable experience. Sheila provided a lot of information on materials, fixtures, and design, and told us where to find more on our own.

The Homework team provided guidance every step of the way and did a great job. I would recommend them for their quality of work and great customer service.

Great customer service! I had no problems reaching any representatives and no problem getting answers. Showed up as scheduled to get the work done. Did an entire inspection of the attic and found additional problems from our last contractor. Fixed everything and didn't charge an arm and leg for the extra items they discovered.
They can also give you free quotes/estimates with realistic images/drawings of what the finished work will look like. I recommend!

They were ON it! Got all of my tasks done quickly and at a reasonable price. Love this company. Will use again. Highly recommend.

My wife and I could not be happier with our new shower system. Our old porcelain tub was an embarrassment. After careful consideration of all our options, we called Dreamstyle remodeling. Everyone we came in contact with from the Design Consultant Cory Pfister to our Installation Manager William Francis and the 2 shower installers, Dana Gannon and Jared Wingler, everyone was professional and courteous and went out of their way to ensure minimal construction mess. My sister-in-law referred us to The Handy Connection. We desperately needed to replace our smoke detectors and THC was responsive and completed the job on time and quickly. Super professional and careful in removing the old smoke detectors, while adding the new ones and confirming each one functioned properly.

I had no idea THC offered so many services... We will definitely reach out for future remodels and repairs in the future. Great work and highly recommended!

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

Working with Bobby and his team on our guest house conversion was a pleasure. Bobby is a very talented architect/designer. His overall design from the initial rendering to the final build out was outstanding! The fact that Atelier507 provides full project integration -- from design to full contractor services and project management -- made the process efficient and convenient. Bobby listened to what we wanted, was receptive to feedback, and the project was on time and done within our agreed upon budget. His team was professional, reliable, extremely hardworking, and kept the workspace tidy throughout the duration of the project, which we very much appreciated. Danny is a meticulous and precise worker. He pays very close attention to detail and will make your home project look amazing. He is fabulous at his craft and has a good eye for layout and design. Thanks to Superior Home Remodeling we have the kitchen of our dreams and couldn't be happier!

I was thinking of remodelling my kitchen and had a general idea of what I wanted but didn't know where to start. I called them after seeing the work they have done previously for other clients. I ended up adding extra features to my kitchen and getting them to redo all the tile in the whole home as it was really old. They have the right approach to transforming people's homes and create beautiful spaces and unreal kitchens. Special thanks to Becky and Sean for helping me push through!

Amazing work and professional staff! Dion has a great crew, and the were quick and respectful of my home. I recently had flooring replaced in my home, and I couldn't be happier! Friendly and processional service, highly recommended! Will most definitely be working with Dion again for future home improvements.

It’s been over a year and have not been able to resolve our issues with the poor workmanship on the tile that they replaced. Trying to get a credit so i can have someone do it and now not returning emails. Will call them next.

They refunded the monies from the work done on the tile. Just disappointed that I have to find someone to remove the tile they installed and get someone else to replace. The other work they did was excellent. Again, they need a professional tile installer.

Outstanding job by Mason, very professional and cares about your property. Very dedicated to his work. Superior attitude and knows what he is doing, excellent communicator. Very neat and leaves the job in a highly superior condition, we did not have any clean up since day one till job was done on Monday. Hope he got holiday pay for Monday, was honored he came on Monday to finish the job, what an amazing job he did for us and your company. Thank you for sending a very professional person to our home your company can be proud you have him as an employee.

I highly recommend offcut interiors. We have worked with them on a few projects and the attention to detail was next level. Hunter is informative, versatile and takes his time to work with you to get a exact feel for what you want. Not to mention he's a great guy and very down to earth. Do yourself a favor and use offcut interiors for your future projects.
