Best Home Addition in Phoenix AZ

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

Hiring this company to manage my project was one of the best decisions that I've made when it comes to home remodeling. They were very passionate about the job. Our renovation went well because of them.

Rudest people, super on waddell today did not properly supervise or note a road was closed, upon attempting to apologize, guy screams like a child. Probably shouldn't be consumed by his phone

Extremely happy with the replacement roof. The crew was efficient, cleaned up every night, swept the yard with a magnet to pick up any nails and swept up any dust around. I would highly recommend Lyons roofing.

Great experience working with SDC Roofing, their efficient crew got the job done in 2 days, which is leaps and bounds better than the week + long jobs I saw neighbors roofs take in recent months. Sean was great in walking through the entire process from initial bid to final payment and warranty registration.

Buildco transformed our backyard. As soon as I made the phone call they came out to discuss our ideas on the yard, gave a fair estimate in a timely manner and started and completed the project as scheduled. From the initial estimate with Gary to discussing the project throughout its duration with Joe to open and clear communication with Rosemary for payments, we could not be happier that we went with this company. Professional and skilled workmanship that we are so excited to show off to family and friends. Highly recommend!

They took deposit in January... it's the middle of August and 1% of carport conversion is done...and that 1% failed 1st inspection...Ron let his license expire so work was done on my property under a suspended license...there is always an excuse as to why his crew keeps breaking scheduled appts...I have contacted AZ ROC and informed them of the operating practices of this company...I could never reccomend ...I would advise anyone to stay clear of Full Frame Construction and Ron...I saw the reviews from last year and brought it up to Ron, who asked me to give him a chance... he's still doing the same thing that others complained about before... he's changed nothing... no more chances Ron
