Had a quote for a shower remodel which would only include 2 shower walls, the bottom 42x42 pan and recover shower bench. They will not do glass door or back wall glass due to the shower being a California custom bath and shower design. The salesman quoted over $18000 initial quote and came down to over $13000 if I signed a contract at that moment. Even requested I sign a rejected offer form even though I hadn’t signed any offer as a pressure sales tactic. Buyer beware!

Had an appointment for a quote but they no showed. I reached out and they offered a discount to reschedule so we did. The next weeks, we had Stephanie come out for a quote. She did her whole pitch, but the price was much too high so when we declined the offer, she got very upset. Began name calling and stormed out of the house saying she will never return. Yelled bye from the porch with an attitude for no reason.

Working with Don Hughes (owner) & Mike (did all the work) was a great experience. Don was so easy to work with offering great advise regarding tile for both the hall bathroom and kitchen as well as paint colors. Mike was just amazing doing all the work: tile around the bath, removing the large mirrors in both bathrooms and installing mirrors we chose, replacing cabinets in both bathrooms, removing existing medicine cabinets and closing up the walls, painting and backsplash tile in the kitchen.

This was a great experience working with both Don & Mike. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The guy described things a lot more than others did. The pricing was maybe a little higher but it wasn't out of the realm and the thing I liked the most about them was their lifetime warranty. Highly satisfied.

One of the best investments for my dad!. Derek and his crew installed a tub for my dad. Derek went over all options for my dad, to best fit him with a tub that would meet all his needs without trying to price gouge us. Installation was top notch,and Derek made sure to take his time with my dad to show him all the functions. he even noticed the towel rack next to the tub was loose and he replaced it with a hang bar to help my dad out. Thank you for making my dad smile again :)

I contracted for a bath tub to shower conversion. Steven and Ashley were assigned to my project. Both were on time and very professional. Steven went over my contract in detail to confirm everything was in order prior to starting the project. After a couple of corrections were made, the work began. They took extreme care in covering all of my furniture and placed tarps down on the floors. I can't compliment Steven and Ashly enough on how well this team performed from start to finish. Wanted to update a shower..and had no friends’ recommendations....found Ross Brower’s website and “took the leap” based on his work description/vision advertised there...my husband and I were super super pleased with not only the final outcome, but the whole experience!
