The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. Dale, Terone, and his team were great to work with. I did a full kitchen remodel, removed structural beams, new HVAC, cabinets, appliances, flooring, etc, and very pleased with how it turned out! Dale was very patient with some of the delays that were not his fault, and never grew frustrated with the process or some of the issues we ran into during the remodel process. He’s honest, fair, and can handle any of your remodel needs! Highly recommend and can get the job done!

I did some work with Dennis and his company and I must say these people are the most professional friendly is family-owned company that I have ever came into contact with. I never actually enjoy digging a hole in my life but these people made my experience just the best I would prefer anyone to use them on any job that they have and their plumbing needs are in home without a question of doubt

We just had all of our kitchen and bath cabinets along with granite counter tops put in and they look terrific. Jeff came out, measured, gave us recommendations and it seemed the next thing we knew they were all installed. The whole process was so smooth!!! New closet is so much better than the old wire racks. Isaac and Daniel make a great team. They worked efficiently together to install closet.They called to let us know when they would arrive. They are very nice young men. One thing they could have done was ask us how high we wanted the top rod. They installed them at the very top so my husband had to lower them all about several inches. Otherwise instal was great.

Could not be happier. Alberto is professional and personable. He explained what needed to done and did the job right. He was quick to respond and finished neatly and in a timely manner. I was impressed with the final result. I intend on using him for any future endeavors. He is talented and knowledgeable. I totally recommend his company to all.

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
