This is my honest review after hiring Tim’s company to gut 3 of my rental properties in Phoenix, all of which are manufactured homes which needed extremely affordable restoration and remodeling services so I can sell and I can tell you from experience, Tim’s company;Mesic contractors is by far Maricopa County’s best manufactured and mobile home service company. Trust me guys, they are the best people in the city to do such good work. I suggest people opt for the service for repairs, levelling, foundations, awnings, roofing, skirting, painting, and more. I’ve now been using their remodeling services for more properties going on more than two years.

Home Concepts team prioritized what we wanted above all else and their ideas and suggestions were exactly what we needed to complement our vision. We used to hate going into our bathroom and now we can't wait to go into it. It's exactly what we wanted!

Adam and his staff were professional and extremely helpful with the kitchen cabinet installation. The job they did was excellent and the cabinets are beautiful. Adam followed up on all the work and he genuinely cares about customer service.

Neil and his team were wonderful to work with on our remodeling project. They really listened to our ideas, and provided excellent design advice and expert craftsmanship. All of their crew were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They took great care to ensure the working environment was cleaned up and that the rest of our home was protected. We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful wall they crafted and installed for us! Would recommend them 1000 times over.

When we initially made our purchase with Jacuzzi Bath the manger called to congratulate us on our purchase and promised the the installation process would be exceedingly above our expectations. The job was supposed to take 1 day, but the contractors were not able to finish that day. Not a big deal. On the second day, we were advised that they had the wrong size shower door and would not able to finish the job. I asked the contractor to relay our request to have the shower door expedited as I was paying a substantial amount of money and now the conversion was not completed timely as promised. Four days passed I received no communication from Jacuzzi Bath of AZ or an apology for the mix up. On the fourth day, I had to reach out to the sales rep via email, who had a customer service agent call us. The sales rep did not call us or respond. I expressed my concerns to them at that time. She said she would reach out to management to see if there could be some sort of compensation for the distress, but never heard anything more of it. I was kept informed from that time on to get our shower door installed. From start to finish the installation process took approx 2.5 weeks. I did finally get a call from the general manager with his sincere apology and his willingness to make things right. Thank you Chris for stepping up to resolve our concerns.

RMS has done a remodel of my daughters house. The remodel included removing popcorn ceilings, restuccoed the entire house, paint, replaced kitchen, bath and all lighting. His work was of high quality and workmanship. Would highly recommend.

Hunter with Offcut Interiors was fantastic to work with. Hunter hired our company to perform interior painting work on a remodel he was doing for one of his customers.

He was professional, communicative, and easy to work with all around. Being on his jobsite during the remodel you could see that he took great care of the site during the construction phase, watched out for his customers' concerns, and always took the time to communicate to us what needed to be done and how in order to fulfill his customers' needs and vision.

Overall, 5/5, A+ process and services, and I would absolutely hire Offcut Interiors for my own personal remodeling needs.

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. The crew worked diligently and completed the 3 bathroom remodels a day early. Very pleased with the new look and craftsmanship quality.

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

Getting my drywall repaired in my bathroom and garage was easy once I called this company. I first had an appointment for one of their team members who came over and took some pictures. Later the same day I received an estimate that was reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. My project was finished and it looks so good my neighbors can't even tell the previous damage happened. Thank you.

We've just completed our home renovations with Steve, Lori and the Sun Country team. We're particularly impressed with Steve's honesty and transparency. His team's done a great job. From the initial planning stages, contractual details, coordination of all of the subs, and final completion. We'd highly recommend Steve Garrett and Sun Country. A job well done. Handyman arrived earlier than anticipated (which was great!), finished the job promptly and it looks fantastic (installed a deadbolt in our solid wood front door that previously did not have a deadbolt hole. I appreciate their expediency while doing solid work!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. I was over charged, for cheap plastic finishings. I am still in the process of repairing what was done myself since the company ghosted me back in December of 2022. They keep asking for a survey which I find interesting, since they know my experience. I got tired of the SPAM and so here is my honest experience. The corp office is even worse that the franchise I worked with, they could care less and just hung up on me.

This company does subpar work. Extremely displeased with the workmanship and final product. Not remodeled well at all. Larry and tabitha were very friendly and helpful in the beginning but soon after turned into the worst kind of salespeople you can imagine. They added extra charges throughout the project that were not agreed to in the contract and Tabitha became very rude.
