Our experience with Just Remodel! was fantastic. Don was amazing and helped us through every aspect of our Master Bathroom remodel. He was so accommodating with everything whether it was giving us advice on finishings or cost concerns, they were always on time and communicated their schedule to us every day. They were also super conscientious about taking care of our home and our dogs. We heard so many horror stories about hiring a contractor, but Don was just a dream. and the work his craftsman, Mike, did on our bathroom is just unbelievable. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. I think this company is out of business. I left three messages over the course of three weeks seeking an appt to get modifications done for a disability. I heard nothing and cannot believe there are any five star reviews. Maybe if they were actually in business they could get five stars. Although their voice mail says Independence Home Remodel and this is Mike they do not appear to be in business since they do not answer their phone or return voice messages. They do not deserve your money - either they don't need your work or are actually out of business.

How lucky can one woman be! My entire shower was removed to walls and remodeled to a wonderful walk in shower. Project done by Matt and Tommy. They are professional, artists, organized and a pleasure to be with for entire project. Result is perfect. I am anxious to use it and in the meantime, been walking into bathroom and looking at it. I told the men that I have not much to do at this point in being careful with virus so leave some of the cleaning to me. I took a sneak peek and Matt was vacuuming up every speck of dust and Tommy was cleaning the mirrors. They both are an incredible asset to Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

I highly recommend Sun Country and Steve Garrett. As a Realtor in Scottsdale, AZ I have seen lots of home renovations, some good and some not so good. I had the pleasure to work with Steve and Sun Country personally on a project in Silverleaf Community. Steve took his time listening to the home owners wants and went above and beyond to deliver the vision the home owner had for this luxury home renovation. Over charge for silly things. Very rude!

My brother recommended Santa Cruz remodeling to me and they gave me a great price compared to other contractors I called. They didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need for my kitchen and it looks amazing now. I always get compliments on my new countertop and cabinets. I have a lot of respect for the way Ellie and Ivan do business, they always put the customer first!!

I won't buy any home decor without checking with Megan. She provided detailed instructions and visuals to help me tailor my decor to the season as well. She envisioned, designed, and oversaw our garage makeover to a garage/home gym and the entire process went smoothly.

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.
