My family lives in one of the historic districts of Phoenix. We had Homework Remodels convert our old garage into a guestroom. The work entailed adding a bathroom, plumbing, electric, storage. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any work.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the overall project. There are always hiccups when doing home renovations but Al and his crew were very professional and kept me in the loop through each and every step.

As a commercial contractor my experience with residential contractors has been less than stellar so I am generally jaded towards them. These folks are not like residential contractors.

These guys have a good business model in my opinion and do excellent work!

On time, reasonably priced, and quality installation. Our first remodel and largest expense outside of the home or auto purchase and they made it as easy as possible for us. If you can wait for this team to do your remodel you will not be sorry.

The TWD team was just exceptional! They went above and beyond to make our space look infinitely better than it did before they arrived. We'll certainly use TWD for other projects in the future.

Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. I worked with Holtzman Home Improvement on a full remodel. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They are a true on stop shop . Daniel the sale person was detail during the whole sales process. Carline the designer was excellent she bailed every detail . There design renderings match every detail. There trades were exceptional and detailed. We couldn’t have ask for better experience. I hired Neoteric Builders LLC to remodel my master bath. The guys were courteous and professional. The project was completed in a timely manner and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Will definitely be calling them when it’s time for my kitchen remodel! Highly recommend!

Small bathroom updated - old tub ripped out, new walk-in shower installed. It Installed a new vanity and a new floor. Professional workers, on time to begin and finish on time as well. I will recommend it to others.

These guys are great, easy to work with and reasonably priced!

This company does subpar work. Extremely displeased with the workmanship and final product. Not remodeled well at all. Larry and tabitha were very friendly and helpful in the beginning but soon after turned into the worst kind of salespeople you can imagine. They added extra charges throughout the project that were not agreed to in the contract and Tabitha became very rude.

The first bid we had for Granite counter tops had measured our countertops and given us a written estimate that showed us where the numbers and math were coming from on the estimate. Not these people. They walked in and just started rambling off large numbers. If you're willing to pay high prices without knowing why, hire this company. :-) Throw away your money! :-)
