If I could give them zero stars I would. Our builder used them so when the storm hit in July and tiles were damaged I thought they would be the best company to go with since they put them on initially. It took them 5 weeks just to come out, when I called to get an update, a couple months later, they had no record of coming out so They sent someone else, happened to be the same guy and he told me he never turned in his service notes the first time, so that’s why they had no record. I Called two weeks later to confirm that they got the service notes this time and they still couldn’t locate my account and had no idea what I was talking about. Keep in mind I spoke to the same guy, James several times.

We are very happy that we chose Almeida Roofing. The entire process of bidding and installation was handled in a very professional and customer service oriented manner. Their bid was fair and everything was done with keeping me informed as one of their priorities. When they found the bad wood that I knew they would, they brought it to our attention immediately. The installers were all very friendly and they cleaned everything up. I would and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. We have had a few storms since they installed it and not a drop of rain has entered our home. Thank you Almeida Roofing!

First I have to say its always a challenge to find a good, honest company and good pricing. After a few quotes from other companies and finally reaching out to Hardacker roofing I realized they are one of the good ones out there. They exceeded my expectations based on the quality of their work, price, follow up and scheduling to complete the job. They held to the price from their original estimate. I also understand that things could have come up during the new install that could have changed that but not in this case. They identified faulty work on the original install and put down a great new roof on my garage quickly and efficiently repairing only what was needed. They were polite and professional and even helped with a concern on another part of the roof which ended up being just a shifted tile and was quick to fix. The jobsite was cleaned up in the end like they were never there after leaving the house. Excellent roofing company to work with A+ Job location Waddell AZ.

Great company. Reliable service. Great quality

Whoever was driving truck 934 today in phoenix on I10 needs a driving lesson, or revoked license. The guy is zipping in and out of heavy traffic, no signal, on his phone the whole time. Way too dangerous. We drive a large truck and felt as though he should cut close in front of us. Not a good image for your company.
