Wayne Crenshaw and Andrew Wilson #AZLB22-2166 were great. Very friendly, hard working and really went the extra mile for me. I am so happy with the finished work/product, it is a real pleasure to take a shower now. My home is very old, so this was a real upgrade to my bathroom. They also installed a new vanity/sink and faucet in my bathroom and it is working great and it looks fantastic. They ran into a couple of problems and handled it with good humor, experience and stick-to-it-iveness. (Not sure that's a word LOL) A real pleasure having these two men in my home and having a nice bathroom to go into now. Thank you, Wayne & Andrew. Cindy L. 2/28/23

We were introduced to this company (Tabitha) from a contractor we were going to hire to do a renovation on a home we just bought. He sent us to Renovation Inc to look at various materials for cabinets, shower, floors & countertops. From the start Tabitha was very unfriendly and acted like we were taking up her precious time. The store hours on the door say they are open on Saturday, but in a conversation with Tabitha, who came off as very snotty, told us that they are wrong and they just started to close on Saturday. Luckily, we had an appointmen but we arrived early thinking we could look around the showroom until our appointment time. Once they arrived, we were introduced to the couple. The husband was very nice and friendly. Tabitha was not. She never smiled, never tried to build a rapport with us - didn't seem to care about earning our business. She may be talented in decorating, but she is not talented when it comes to connecting with a customer, making the customer feel that they matter, and that she wanted our business. In today's market, there are a lot of design options. Tabitha really needs to learn the importance of customer interaction and the importance of it. Her interaction told us that she thought was too busy and good for us and didn't want to say or do anything to prove otherwise. In text messages she never said thank you or you're welcome. Honestly, she is the rudest person I've ever seen who owned a business and who supposedly wants to work with people and earn business.

We took samples with us, and she told us she was going to meet with the contractor at the house to do measurements. We sent photos of our choices and of course, promised to bring the samples back asap. There was a miscommunication, and she was unwilling to do get the measurements done, even though it was her and the contractor's miscommunication fault. I was having dental surgery trying to accommodate her busy schedule. With all of this we decided that it was obvious Tabitha did not want our business and the contractor also lost our business because of her lack of customer service and flexibility. Once we fired them she kept texting us asking for the samples even though we promised we would return them within 48 hours - which we did. WIth the exception of the husband, the other guy that was there when the samples were dropped off was as unfriendly as Tabitha. Hopefully this review will help her learn that the customer is the basis of a business - not her so-called talent. I would stay away!

We received great service from this company. They replaced our roof and painted the interior of our home. We also had new carpet installed. They answered our questions , addressed any concerns and made us happy. I really appreciated their professionalism.

Shannon responded quickly to a request for an estimate and was to meet me at the project site and provide me with an accurate quote quickly. Shannon was professional and was able to complete his work around our busy clinic schedule. The quality of his work is high and I am well pleased with the final product! The team showed up on time, did the work and cleaned it all up. Had to call them back due to an issue and they came back out the same day I called. Cannot say enough good things about the work.

I'm trying to get a quote. But got hung up on. Not a good experience.

I signed with them and had to cancel which was within the 3 day cancellation window as allowed, but they never returned my 50% ($2,400) deposit. I’m an older woman living on a single income and they took $2400 from me for absolutely nothing. I honestly don’t know how they sleep at night doing business like that. They gave me the run around for months instead. It’s like Tammy Robinson likes to play with people. Beware.
