I had the wonderful experience of doing a 3 bathroom remodel, and many other add ons, with Phoenix Home Remodel in the fall of 2019. The entire team was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, reasonably priced and fabulous to work with. From the initial meeting with Jeremy to the final walk through, they made the entire process easy and manageable. Loved the app to track the whole process, loved when Mark was able to explain my vision to plumbers, glass, tile and the many other trades that we were working with. Don Hughes is our standard of what we would like to see when hiring a contractor. We hired him to remodel our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replace the floor and fireplace. He is professional, personal, and completed the project on-time. We gave him ideas of what we wanted and what was a priority and he really focused on those items. For example we provided a sample of a floor tile we wanted. When we picked the cabinets later he saw a clash between the two and provided some alternatives and the one he suggested was better than we could have imagined. He spotted details we had not because he enjoys what he does and it shows in his work. I would highly recommend this company.

This review is only about the professionalism of the company. I got the referral from Lowe's. I called Granite Transformations about kitchen cabinet refacing and set up an appointment. Prior to the appointment, I was called several times to reconfirm. Then, the day before the appointment they cancelled and we set up for a day later in the week. Again, they called several times to reconfirm. Then, the morning of the second appointment, they cancelled again just 45 minutes before they were supposed to be there. They were eager to set an appointment late afternoon and I just said forget it. I don't need contractors who don't do what they say they are going to do, especially when they are trying to get your business. And it was obnoxious that every time they reconfirmed the appointments the rep read a script reiterating both my husband and I should be there and that it would take between 60-90 minutes so I better make sure I have enough time.

She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. We showed them our depressing shower and they built one for us that we just love and it was very affordable.

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

We had a great experience with Better Bath Remodeling. Michael was very easy to work with and his flexibility allowed us to stay within budget. We had the good fortune to work with Martin. He kept us in the loop throughout and collaborated closely with us on all of the details. We love how both bathrooms turned out and highly recommend these guys for anyone looking for quality work at an affordable price.

Wow. I can't say enough about this company and their employees. From the very first meeting I knew my research had paid off. Eric and Angela helped me pick out details and style when I was unsure but were never pushy. They were also incredibly accommodating with my crazy work schedule. Steve the project manager was great and I always had him as a point of contact if I had any questions. And Oscar and Blake were incredible workers. They let me know every day when they were on their way and when they had left. And they cleaned after every single day. If I ever move or need another remodel they will be my first call. After working with other remodel companies and big box stores, I learned my lesson the hard way...Retro Pro is the way to go!! Do yourself a favor and call them. You won't regret it!

My shower went from functional and ok to WOW in 2 days! Installer was on time, super friendly and unlike so many contractors, cleaned up between day 1 and day 2 and left our home clean when he left. The service and product are truly superior. I highly recommend Home Concepts!!

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!
