My family lives in one of the historic districts of Phoenix. We had Homework Remodels convert our old garage into a guestroom. The work entailed adding a bathroom, plumbing, electric, storage. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any work.

Brandon (owner) went above and beyond and we cannot be more thankful! The hope for a beautiful home remodel had already been crushed by the lack of professionalism and detail from two other companies so our expectations were at an all-time low when Brandon’s tile guys showed up. Daniel and Antonio came in and knocked us off our socks! Their work ethic, attention to detail, professionalism and finish work was absolutely amazing. They fixed and finished work that other tile companies failed to complete and after 5 painful months, Daniel and Antonio turned our house into a home. I HIGHLY recommend Holtzman Home Improvement for all projects and will absolutely call Brandon for any of our future projects.

We did a major remodel of our house with Legacy and they were great to work with. Professional, courteous and most important they did the job right. Debbie was amazing and patient. She and helped us find the selections and colors that gave the house a modern look and matched our tastes. Just being honest...Staff walked out in the middle of our project. Our counter tops were lost, but after our own phone calls they were found. The cabinets are terrible construction. Measurements taken wrong leaving under floor exposed & used ugly trim to cover it. Ceiling raised & so uneven special trim had to be made. Wrong color cabinets installed. I was told its all in the lighting & that I signed off on the color which I did sign, but in planning we picked a color & told them that we absolutely did not want the color installed. Project took almost 1 year (11 months.) There were days that workers did not show up. We had to call to find out why. We were told many times, so & so would be here & after waiting all day, it would be another no show. We are just happy this is done. My husband will fix the small thing that need to be fixed.

Our salesman, Jack Bartholomew, was very helpful and courteous. He made the transaction easy. The main installer, Perry Huckaby, was the most hard working man, and he did a beautiful job...awesome!!! All in all, the job of remodeling our two bathrooms was completed on time and turned out beautifully!

Have lived in north central for the past 20 years, I had heard about the steller reputation of Kirk Development. Had a kitchen and master bath remodel from Kirk and we couldn't be more happy. The entire process went very smoothly. They came up with innovative designs at a very fair and reasonable price. The workers were very respectful and took extreme care to keep things neat, clean and orderly.
With mom visititing often, Kirk also outfitted the home with senior citizen upgrades with wider doorways etc. Was impressed the Kirk was one of the few contractors in the area who was specifically certified in these senior upgrades.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

I used Home Makeover Creations to remodel two bathrooms in my home. The entire team did a great job. They showed up on time. Worked hard, cleaned up and completed the project quickly as scheduled. Jeromie alway went the extra mile to explain and helped with selection of materials that were used. In the end I have 2 beautiful bathrooms that I always get complements on. Shannon responded quickly to a request for an estimate and was to meet me at the project site and provide me with an accurate quote quickly. Kelley and his crew were fantastic. When I first heard about them I was only in the area for a few days and they made time to come meet with me at a property that I was looking at purchasing for my son, who is in a wheelchair, to live in. They not only worked with my schedule but sent me a bid the next day! That property fell through but when the next one came up Kelley met our realtor and son at the property and again got me a bid in record time. They remolded the bathroom to make it full accessible, took out some walls and obstacles in the kitchen to make it very functional for my son, and added ramps to the exterior doors that you do not realize are there. All of the work was top quality and they finished way ahead of schedule. Finally, when it was almost time for my son to move in we realized hat we had forgotten a very important grab bar. Kelley got it ordered and installed before he moved in. I would highly endorse them!!!
