We had our contractor grade shower and tub replaced with an open shower and new hardware. It started with a visit by Benjamin Barnes - Design Consultant, he was great. Very friendly, no non sense, and made the visit enjoying. He covered our options and put it all to paper. He covered the payment options and set the start date. He anticipated 2-3 days for the job and it was as stated. We next met with Shane Whitmore - Project Manager, He verified the measurements, and addressed any other concerns we had.Our start date was 3/3/21 when we met Lyle Patterson & William Holt - Installer/s. Both were friendly and professional, they also addressed questions about the remodel. The end result is very nice, and night and day from our old setup. As happy as we are, it did not come without some issues. In our case we wanted a larger shower area, which meant; the relocation of the shower hardware to the opposite end of the room, but also the use of the wider area where the tub once lived. We were assured this was not a problem and doable. It was not an issue of being mislead, but more an issue of making the customer happy. I get people can be hard to deal with, but we are the type of people who can handle No when appropriate. We want the job to be done right, and be design correct so as to increase the resale value of the home. We are not designers, nor are we plumbers, contractors etc.The issue was moving the plumbing, and widening the shower area. I cannot expect a design consultant to know what is in a wall, but would hope a project manager would have more in depth knowledge. When the installers arrived there was confusion with both our primary requests. Lyle plainly said, The plumbing cannot be moved easily due to load bearing walls and the slab did not extend far enough to support the shower pan due to a false pop out in the wall. It made perfect sense, but that left us leaving the shower basically the same and not seeing the gains we wanted. Lyle was understanding and confused as well, and helped us come to a resolution. What I had issue with was the fact that in step #1 or #2 a simple stud finder would have shown the load bearing walls, and also identify theunsupported pop out area. In my mind it does little good to tell the customer 'What ever you want, when whatever is seldom realistic. In the end, we have a new shower and drying area we can live with. Was it what we had wanted or envisioned? No. I think this situation can be avoided in the future through training and attention to detail. The design people should assess the project area in 360 detail so any questions can be addressed by a project manager. The project managers should actively work the remodel in their head to identify any possible issues that could change the scope of the job. If needed, use the many tools available to probe walls, voids, pop outs etc. This is the point in which needed changes or modifications should be addressed not in the future when the installer shows up.The products are very good quality and the installation was professional. My intent is not to be hypercritical, but rather to be clear as to what transpired, and offer comment on how I think it can be done better for the next customer.AZLB20-2208

Acuity Builders & Construction Kitchen Remodeling
From my very first contact with Kenny, the owner I have been extremely impressed. He sticks to his timelines, he worked with the timeline limitations that I had, and he is very responsive.

I have already recommended him to a few friends of mine, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. I will definitely be using him in the future with any additional renovations. He is a true professional, and a trustworthy individual.

I can definitely say that the people that work with him do an outstanding job. They have an excellent attention to detail and the difference with how my home looks shows.

AZ BathMasters Kitchen Remodeling
Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??

The estimator was professional and thorough in describing the work necessary to complete the job. 50% of the job price was collected at signing of contract. Product came in on time. Crews scheduled time that worked for us. Advised project could take a full day and part of a second. Crews arrived on day of installed at time we agreed on. They were respectful of our furnishings and property. Throughout the project they asked us to provide input on aspects that were variable and it was nice to be included. Project was completed by 3 pm on the 1st day and looked very professional and just as we imagined it would. The crews were positive, upbeat and pleasant to have around. Thank you for a job well done!

RWR has such a great group of people, both RER staff and the subs. Everyone I dealt with was respectful, helpful and competent. Although there were a few hiccups along the way, Kevin and the crew met the challenges and I now have two beautiful bathrooms and an awesome kitchen. Thanks to you all for the great job and for alleviating any stress I may have had before the project started. I would definitely recommend RWR to everyone.

Closets by Design - Phoenix Kitchen Remodeling
We needed a murphy bed and cabinetry in our tiny guest room. Great design support, and then a really nice install. Office team provided great support, too, calling ahead with scheduling reminders and last-minute delays. Really happy we selected this company! We will call on them again!
