Best Shower Tile Refinishing in Phoenix AZ

They put on a back patio covering for me, and it has been leaking from DAY ONE. I called them out 4 times (managers showed up to show feigned concern) to patch the leak in the roof as the water runs through the paneling, spreads sideways under the same panel, and leaks down the tongue and grove slots, running to the house to drip on my outside light and all the furniture and electronic appliances under the covering.

They have all of their own people. They don't hire outside subs

The guy described things a lot more than others did. The pricing was maybe a little higher but it wasn't out of the realm and the thing I liked the most about them was their lifetime warranty. Highly satisfied.

Just Remodel remodeled our bathroom about a dozen years ago. We still enjoy it and get complements from anyone that sees it. The company was a pleasure to deal with (had them do more work for us the following year).

The crew was very dedicated and hardworking yet down to earth. They kept the project on track and made sure there was no inconvenience. Hats off to the hard work.

Did a tub-to-shower conversion and a shower re-model. Crews were on time and professional. What really impressed me was that the lead man, Alex, tried very hard to make our vision a reality. He also capably addressed unusual circumstances - like a block wall directly behind one of the shower walls with no furring strips. He actually purchased a new tool just to deal with that problem. (Speaking of tools - they use all top-notch Milwaukee equipment. That impressed me.) Alex also provided options and allowed me to select what I was most comfortable with. Offering options inspires customer confidence. This was a big job and Jacuzzi provided adequate staff, including Enrique, Thomas and Josh, all of whom were cheerful and professional at all times. The materials provided and the workmanship were of excellent quality. Our design consultant, Doug, also went the extra mile to address our concerns and requests, and answered most of our e-mails. Ed, our area manager, provided all available discounts and waived a fee normally charged for using a credit card. A couple things that are outside the scope of the local Jacuzzi office bothered me. Although the fixtures, grab bars, and shower doors, (all Jacuzzi brand), were all specified chrome, they don't match. Also, the water line between the control valve and the shower head is PEX; I would have preferred all copper. Jacuzzi is clearly a cut above any contractor with whom we've ever worked. To our way of thinking, the bottom-line price was higher than it should have been, but I suppose one gets what one pays for. I would recommend Jacuzzi without hesitation.

We have had both our Kitchen and just now our Master Bath remodeled by Sunset, and are very happy with the results. We worked with Audra on both projects, and she did a great job designing spaces that were both beautiful and functional. We especially appreciate that their workmen showed up on time, and were respectful of our home. We may even have to move so that we can find a reason to do another project with them.?

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

We just had our bathroom slightly remodeled by AZ Bathmasters. We moved the shower to where the bathtub was, and where the shower was, we had them change to a closet. Bathmasters came out within two days of us making the initial phone call. We also got quotes from three different companies aside from bathmasters.

I can't say enough about the service we got from AZ bathmasters! There were quite a few things that my wife were unsure of as far as color, style, etc, and we told bathmasters to just use their best judgement. Looking at the finished product, there is not a single thing my wife or I would change! The service we got from them was amazing, great communication throughout the project, and even though we did not specify, they used very high quality hardware and materials. I have no hesitation in giving bathmasters 5 stars and recommending them!!

We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual. The estimator was professional and thorough in describing the work necessary to complete the job. 50% of the job price was collected at signing of contract. Product came in on time. Crews scheduled time that worked for us. Advised project could take a full day and part of a second. Crews arrived on day of installed at time we agreed on. They were respectful of our furnishings and property. Throughout the project they asked us to provide input on aspects that were variable and it was nice to be included. Project was completed by 3 pm on the 1st day and looked very professional and just as we imagined it would. The crews were positive, upbeat and pleasant to have around. Thank you for a job well done!
