Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

Remodeling is such a daunting concept...until you meet the guys at Phoenix Home Remodeling. From the initial conversation, we were made to feel that our vision didn’t seem too far fetched after all! We gave them a long wish list and they took the time to provide the quote for each item allowing us to proritize. The quote left no room for big surprises. They were always accessible which is very helpful to anxious homeowners! What was even more impressive was how neat they left the work area each day. Paul oversees a skilled, reliable and exceptionally competent team with complete integrity. My husband and I have lost count of renovations done on our home over 33 years. When I first walked into Trinity Remodeling and met the owner Anthony, I explained my frustration with the long waiting time estimates for kitchen remodeling I was given by competitors. Not only did he fulfill his promise to get my kitchen cabinets and quartz countertop project completed within a much shorter time period, but he far exceeded my expectations in so many ways. He was able to work within my budget. Anthony is a hand's-on owner who does not disappear after you sign a contract. I put it in his hands to create the plan working with my existing layout. I am so glad I did because he has excellent design vision no matter the space size he is presented. Anthony came to my house several times to check on the progress and called me often to ensure I was pleased. Each phase of the project was timely and smooth from demolition to the end. Every person or team he chose, whether it be demo team, cabinet and countertop installers, electrician or plumber....ALL were communicative, punctual, courteous, tidy, and excellent at their craft. The office support staff often called me to check in to ensure things were going smoothly. I was extremely pleased with my kitchen transformation. There were no surprise costs, as things were discussed up front about what could be added on if deemed necessary and those costs were very reasonable as was the total cost. I give Anthony 5 stars also in character as he truly cares about those who trust him to deliver.

The process went smoothly and was totally stress free. Everyone in the team, from the design headed by Simone, through the demolishing and rebuild headed by Dan, were wonderful to work with. They came on time and did what they promised to accomplish that day. Dean, the owner checked on the progress several times and came at the end to make sure all was done to my satisfaction. I am thinking of redoing my kitchen next year, and will definitely use Kitchens by Good Guys again.

I cannot say enough good things about AZ Granite. They came on time and with everything they needed. They worked quickly and efficiently. They removed a built in cabinet wall for appliances and reinstalled the new set. They cleaned up and took away all the large garbage as well. The quality of the work done was impeccable. We have renovated/built 3 homes in the last 3 years and this team has been one of the best we’ve worked with!

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

Responsive team, timely and professional. Installed Granite on my new counter-tops at a better price and timeline then other competitors that where quoted. Measurements where done professionally and granite cut and installed just a week later with great results.

Praveen and his designer came to view the premises and was very pleasant in their engagement. But never heard from them since then. Maybe they have too much business. But a call would be really courteous instead of wasting my time and theirs as well. Eventually, I went with another contractor.

Our experience with Legacy was great! I highly recommend them. My wife and I get nervous whenever we just need a handyman. As two women, we figure men know we have no idea what things cost. We've been taken advantage of in that way before. From the moment we met the staff until the very end we trusted that we chose the best team. Our project manager was James. He was so great! It was nice having him around. We felt safe. If you get him on your team, huge bonus! We initially got in contact with several contractors and decided to go with Legacy because of their professionalism, organization and their experience. It just felt like a good fit from the beginning. We needed to take care of some flooding issues and we wanted to expand our master bedroom. Jean, the talented architect, came up with an awesome plan and so far we've had no flooding! (Knock on wood.) They took a little bit longer than we expected to finish the project but only by about a week. We love the way everything looks! It turned out even better than we expected.
