Best Remodeling And Renovations in Phoenix AZ

Recently, we had our master bathroom torn down to the studs and totally remodeled by Homework Remodels. We met initially with the owner of the company Steve Shinn and his designer Sheila Lanier. We were so impressed by their presentation, that we did not bother to obtain any additional quotes.
Sheila, in addition to being quite personable, is an extremely talented designer and decorator with a great eye for color and composition. We accompanied her on many trips to select tiles, granite, bathroom fixtures, lighting, etc.
The subcontractors used by Homework Remodels were all excellent in their craft. The job foremen, Aaron and Lee oversaw our project with the utmost care. During part of the renovation, we had to be out of town but we were comfortable entrusting our home to these men during our absence.
During renovations, we also decided to have the company do a partial revision of our main guest bathroom. Although our initial budget was far exceeded, we believe the final product was well worth the cost.
We can highly recommend Homework Remodels to anyone seeking quality renovations of their home.

Their drivers seem to think it's just fine to park in handicap spots, never mind that there are only two spots in the entire area, or that there were many empty non handicapped spots, one just across from where they parked their truck. If they hire handicapped workers wonderful, but I saw no tags on the van that took up one of only 2 handicapped parking spaces at my complex for most of the day. Such blatant disrespect for laws and the needs of the disabled say a lot.

Holtzman Home Improvement has done multiple jobs for our home, including a large job installing hardwood floors in most of the home. The product quality and customer service were both top-notch, even though pricing was the best we received. Employees were professional and trustworthy. I don't hesitate to recommend them!

We went in on Friday 7/10 to look at quartz counter tops and back splash. Both employees were very nice and helpful. We were asked to send our kitchen dimensions and pictures so they can give us an estimate. They would be able to send an estimate by the end of the following week . We went home and sent them immediately. We waited until Friday afternoon 7/17 and finally called them. We were told the designer hasn't looked at them yet and will be in later. It is now Tuesday 7/21 and we still have not heard back. Lack of communication or maybe our job is too small?

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! I like to shop out getting things done before picking a company. Diamond Granite & Remodeling was my third quote that I received. Not only were they willing to do the entire job without me needing to outsource plumbing, electrical, cutting down a wall... their pricing was fair, they were able to give me a quote on the spot. And at the end of the project, there were no hidden or extra fee's. It truly was amazing working with them. Rachel was also fabulous with communicating through text and making sure everything through the process was taken care of. Daniel responded after hours when I would finally remember to ask questions, he was always willing and ready to answer and help. I highly recommend this company.

I recently had Granite Transformations install a new countertop and backsplash for me in my kitchen and from start to finish, everything was great! Tony, the salesman, was honest and easy to work with, while the installers Chad and Tino did a great job on the install. The price was more than fair, compared to others. I definitely recommend them!

I recently move to AZ and bought a new build, I wanted a more custom look and better quality work so I didn’t do the upgrades with the builder because I know how they work and just glue the countertops to the cabinets without plywood and the finishing touches are sloppy. I was shopping around and received quotes from 3 local competitors. I sent an email with pictures and measurements and Keith called me within minutes which was very impressive! After comparing quotes (apples for apples) I knew what tile I wanted, quartz, grout color and shluder. Keith came in thousands less and the fact that he was very responsive and professional I decided to use his company. He started less then 2 weeks after I closed escrow, his crew was always on time, professional and CLEAN ! My walls are white and I didn’t have any scuffs or hand prints anywhere. They worked long hours and finish the project fast which was important to be because I work from home. I went with herringbone tile work and quartz countertop with a mitered 2 1/2 inch edge all came out flawlessly. I highly recommend Serrano surfaces! You won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I spent almost $20,000.00 with this company only to find that they do not stand behind the merchandise they sell. Long story, but the basics are bad customer service and Sterol-typical Contractor Nightmare remodel story...BUYER BE WARE!
