Josiah and Brett were the installers of our two bathroom remodeling projects. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of our concerns as the project progressed. They are very hard working, did an excellent job and always cleaned up after themselves each day. It was a pleasure having them working on our project.

My wife and I would like to express our appreciation to John and his crew at Allure Bathroom Remodeling for the work done on our master bathroom. The remodeling included the conversion of a bathtub to the shower, installation of a new toilet, medicine cabinet,vanity top and faucet‘s. The demolition was done professionally with an absolute minimum of disruption and mess. The guys are really neat. Michael and Sean were professional and added many personal touches to the work being done. The project came in on budget and was done within the time promised. We give Allure and their staff five stars for a job well done. We would highly recommend them to you if you’re considering a bathroom remodel. Our remodel included a complete re-do of the master bathroom, two guest bathrooms, repaint entire house and an update of the fireplace wall. We interviewed several contractors but we decided on CCR due to the professionalism of Praveen and his team. Each person, especially the project designer Haleigh, on the team is extremely responsive and easy to work with. They listen to the client's needs and make sure you are satisfied with the progress and end result. I have not yet met another business owner as passionate as Praveen so I trusted he will deliver the end result I am happy with. Overall the quality of the work was good and they are willing to come fix any problems as necessary after the remodel. I recommend CCR to anyone who is looking for a dependable contractor. We could not be more pleased with Superior Stone & Cabinet. We are in the design and planning stages of our kitchen remodel, and our designer Doug Parry has been excellent to work with. He has been very responsive, very thorough, and warm but professional. We have been to the show room on two different occasions and were impressed with both the quality of the products and the wide variety of price ranges. It is clear that Superior Stone & Cabinet and Doug Parry are able to work within any reasonable budget. Our project has yet to be completed, but so far we have received nothing but the most attention and professionalism. If the final product is as good and as for filling as the planning stages, we will definitely be using them for all future renovations.

From the moment we walked into Hunt's we knew these guys were for us. They took the time to listen to our ideas and budget, to come out to the construction site to get a better sense of the space, and to solve a challenging job with creative design. The design and cabinets look awesome and the cost was exactly what we were expecting. No hard sell or pressure for unnecessary upgrades. Everything was very clearly explained by Jeff and Josh and they are very responsive. We are 100% satisfied and will be back for the guest house design.

We hired Brian for two different projects. He completed a cabinet installation botched by the cabinet company. The cabinet company left our kitchen island unfinished. Brian did a beautiful and very professional job. He matched colors and materials in kitchen island and the result was better than expected. The second project was to remove/replace our water heater. The install and removal were great. One year later we discovered a defect with the water heater that created a gas leak. We called Brian and he came out the next day with a replacement part and fixed the problem under the manufacturer’s warranty for the part ands his personal warranty for the labor. Both projects were done to our satisfaction. Brian is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.

My shower went from functional and ok to WOW in 2 days! Installer was on time, super friendly and unlike so many contractors, cleaned up between day 1 and day 2 and left our home clean when he left. The service and product are truly superior. I highly recommend Home Concepts!!

Cabinets cames in on time, beautiful, and installed by a subcontractor for Sanels. However, there are still some issues that have not heen resolved. Multiple phone calls to Sanels, promises by Sanels to call me back and resolve the issues, and nada so far!

Still, I love their cabinets and they look great and came at a great price!

We had a few different companies visit us back in July/August 2020. Remod had a good presentation with a light bulb showing heat through the different panes of glass. Which is more than any other company had done. They offered to take $1000 off if we commit with them that day, and we did. We went with the Aztec style dual pane windows and a new french door. The windows come with a double lifetime warranty. So if we no longer have the home the lifetime warranty will transfer over 1 time to the new owner.
The financing paperwork came and we were approved. Our first payment was to be in October.
We've called multiple times to get updates on our order and we keep getting, oh I will have the owner call you back she's out in the field. Or we get, I'll have Anna call you back since you've spoken to her before.
We have never, EVER received a call back. In December I called and explained that it's disappointing that we are never given any updates and no one calls us back at our request. I explained that if there are delays it's fine we understand that things happen but we want to be informed. Yet we are never informed. After I explained this to Anna she said she will right it down and make sure to call us every Tuesday and Thursday which is when they receive deliveries to see if our order arrived.
After a week I called because we never heard back
During that call Anna pushed it back onto the owner for not doing her job and when I countered that she said she would call, she yelled at me that she doesn't need this and hung up on me.
I waited a couple weeks and called again and my girlfriend emailed the owner as well. No apology for the horrific customer service, no apology for the delay, no explanation except various excuses like, the manufacturer has a shortage on tempered glass, we have alot of jobs we are doing right now, we are meeting with the manufacturer and fill you in with an update.....and still we have never received an update. It is now January 8, 2021, 6 months have passed and all we get are excuses, lies, and still no windows (and a door).
My advice is to avoid this company completely.
We don't want them touching our home because if it's this hard to get an update, I can't imagine how difficult it is for them to stand by their warranty and quality of their work.
We are trying to cancel and we are ignored.
Do Not do business with these people!!!!!
