Great price and work

We hired Holtzman to renovate the entire exterior of our home. We changed our stucco from textured to smooth, renovated two exterior balconies, added a metal/cable railing on each balcony, new front door, new garage door, demo’d old concrete and replaced with it pavers, replaced a side gate with a metal one, repaired wooden fascia along the trim, and painted. All of this was completed before the 6 week timeline they gave us. Rob was our contractor and did an awesome job at keeping us informed with what was happening and when. All of the people that came to work on our house were outstanding and professional. The exterior of our house now looks like a brand new build! We were so impressed with their work, we already hired them to renovate our master bathroom next. I highly recommend them to other people and plan to continue to use them for future projects.

Had Quartz kitchen countertop fabricated and installed. Let me preface this with, I was a little skeptical because I found them on OfferUp - Keith Antonio Serrano came to my home and was very professional, asked what we were looking for and took measurements. He was prompt courteous. I picked out the quartz my wife was interested in and got a very competitive quote. We had a few things going on so I requested a date a few weeks later - they had no problem meeting the date.

Install day came and they showed up at the tail end of the scheduled time frame - installation went great. They corrected a fabrication problem within a couple hours and had the tops completed. We couldn’t be happier with the result.

I remodeled my old master bathroom and closet and the end result was well worth the money! They took my ideas and were able to build exactly what I described to them. Recently, we had our master bathroom updated to something more innovative. With the upgrades, now we have a large walk-in shower with a jetted tub and a heated floor. We always wanted to have the feel of a luxury spa in our home. Additional storage was added under the sinks.
