All the way from the office staff being very knowledgeable and what they were saying to the construction workers come out out to the house. Easy to communicate and very empathetic to the remodel. They not only managed my issues with bad weather and a whole load of old bathroom issues, but was open to working through the issues with patience and grace. I was a little pessimistic regarding this type of walk-in shower remodel with my older home - but found true artists of their skill. I'm not easily impressed but this time… Absolutely!! This bathroom should impress even the most skeptical. Thanks to Neoteric Builders who is actually capable of dreams come true!

I could tell right away that I wanted to work with Ellie and her son Ivan. From the very beginning they were both extremely professional and informative. I remodeled my old master bathroom and closet and the end result was well worth the money! They took my ideas and were able to build exactly what I described to them. I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
