Steve and his crew did an excellent job on 3 bathroom remodels for us. All 3 turned out better than we could have expected. Excellent workmanship, fast and on time. Anything extra was communicated to us clearly and was definitely needed (replacement of rotted underflooring or more tile to raise the height in a shower). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the remodeling work that TWD for us. The process end to end was so professionally done. We used their design services with Dmitriy. Dmitriy was very thorough, listened to us and designed our niche wall exactly as we wanted it. He also was extremely helpful when it came time to pick out our cabinets, hardware, and stone. The construction phase went very well. Our project manager, Tony, was amazing. He communicated with us daily, providing updates on every steps of the project. This put us at ease. We loved the construction project application that they use to track progress and to share updates and pictures. The contractors that completed the work arrived on time and completed a quality job. We would highly recommend TWD and plan to use them for future renovations.

We just completed our second home project with Holtzman Home Improvement, having been very pleased with the outcome and process with our first project a few months ago. Our vision for this project was a little tricky and Brandon worked tirelessly with us to find the exact resources and products we needed to complete our vision. Melanie managed the process and communicated continually with us so that we always knew what to expect. Any concerns or questions that we had along the way were addressed in a timely fashion every time. The workmanship is of the highest quality. We love the results of both projects. We will soon start our third home project and wouldn't think of going with any other company!

Easy to communicate and very empathetic to the remodel. They not only managed my issues with bad weather and a whole load of old bathroom issues, but was open to working through the issues with patience and grace. I was a little pessimistic regarding this type of walk-in shower remodel with my older home - but found true artists of their skill. I'm not easily impressed but this time… Absolutely!! I recently move to AZ and bought a new build, I wanted a more custom look and better quality work so I didn’t do the upgrades with the builder because I know how they work and just glue the countertops to the cabinets without plywood and the finishing touches are sloppy. I was shopping around and received quotes from 3 local competitors. I sent an email with pictures and measurements and Keith called me within minutes which was very impressive! After comparing quotes (apples for apples) I knew what tile I wanted, quartz, grout color and shluder. Keith came in thousands less and the fact that he was very responsive and professional I decided to use his company. He started less then 2 weeks after I closed escrow, his crew was always on time, professional and CLEAN ! My walls are white and I didn’t have any scuffs or hand prints anywhere. They worked long hours and finish the project fast which was important to be because I work from home. I went with herringbone tile work and quartz countertop with a mitered 2 1/2 inch edge all came out flawlessly. I highly recommend Serrano surfaces! You won’t be disappointed.

Legacy and the team of Jeremy, Debbie and Derek did a fantastic job on the remodel of our master bath, bedroom and Panoramic doors in our great room. Jeremy incorporated everything we were hoping for in his plans. Debbie's eye for what works together is spot on. We thought we had everything picked out and unbeknownst to us she sought out 2 different tiles to compliment the wall tile in the shower, presented it to us and it was a WOW moment. Derek was fantastic coordinating all the subs, was on site every day himself, and kept us informed daily about who would be working and what time they would arrive. His communication with us was greatly appreciated. We would use them again and recommend Legacy with the team of Jeremy, Debbie and Derek to everyone.

I could tell right away that I wanted to work with Ellie and her son Ivan. From the very beginning they were both extremely professional and informative. I remodeled my old master bathroom and closet and the end result was well worth the money! They took my ideas and were able to build exactly what I described to them. Juan and his crew are very skilled and the best at what they do! Their work is very through and the make sure every detail is taken care of on every job. G&C have worked with me on numerous project all throughout the valley. They are great to work with because Juan does a great job of listening to my needs and understanding exactly what I need done. He often will come up with better solutions to getting the the bumps in the construction road that help get us to completion on time!

Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!

Quotes were given on a timely basis, and I was always informed of any change in pricing, which needed to be approved prior to completion.

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
