My parents ordered a screened in patio from these people in March they just got it installed on Thursday of last week. Buyers be ware this company won’t fight for you with their vendors. They make every excuse in the book for why they are not installing yet. Managers don’t care about your time and experience with the company. Then they come and install and the installer moved at a snails pace it took him 4 day if they would have put two people on are Job it would have take half the time. They did not give him all the cord he needed instead of going to Home Depot and getting it the installer said we have to wait Til Monday I am sorry we waited for months and my time is just as valuable as anyone else make it right. This kind of stuff looses repeat business and we have three homes in same community but after my parent’s experience be a cold day in hell before we use these people so unprofessional

The Remodel store is a local company that we didn’t even know about until we attended a neighborhood fair. They transformed my shower. Georgina and Sam were professional and easy to work with. I didn’t feel like they overcharged me. We had some minor issues but we were sure to let them know right away. They were quick to take action to remediate the situation and also didn’t hesitate to apologize when necessary.

Keith and his crew were very professional . They provided excellent service to fit our needs. The countertop came out gorgeous. We highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

Was very pleased with Retro Pro - Eric and his team of professional employees were great - to include Angela, Steve, Oscar and Blake. Two bathrooms were completely remodeled and both were completed timely with excellent workmanship on the remodel. New showers, tub, toilets, flooring, cabinets and paint. Could not be happier with the outcome and promptness of getting the work completed. Minor warranty issues came up but resolved quickly. Again highly recommend this company for any work you want done in your home.

We received great service from this company. They replaced our roof and painted the interior of our home. We also had new carpet installed. They answered our questions , addressed any concerns and made us happy. I really appreciated their professionalism.

Shannon responded quickly to a request for an estimate and was to meet me at the project site and provide me with an accurate quote quickly. I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.

I have been waiting three months for windows to be installed. I have paid half already and plan on selling house end of the month with no options on what to do.
