Steve, the owner came out to our home to give us an estimate for our master bathroom remodeling project that we have been saving up for. I will admit his prices were a tad bit hirer than other contractors that I had met with, but something told me he was the one and as a female you have to go with your intuition. He was very honest & genuine about the whole process and we all know the saying, you get what you pay for and I was willing to pay a little extra for piece of mind during my renovation...and as it turned out that is what I was given, just that. We were just thrilled the outcome of our master bathroom, we couldn't be happier!! I got the (spa-like) bathroom retreat that I always wanted and the whole team from design to the installers did a wonderful job, hence the 5 Stars. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom!!

We contracted Phoenix Home Remodeling (PHR) to do three (much needed) bathroom remodels for us. Prior, we had several contractors in the area visit and provide quotes. What we found was none of the other contractors could meet all our expectations, except PHR.

Their craftsmanship, professionalism, attention to details, organization, promptness, and genuine concern for our project helped make the entire experience worth it! TWD once again did a fantastic with our room remodel. Back in February they did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen. This time it was our master bath. It was transformed from a shower/tub side by side to a beautiful walk in shower along with new floor and wall tile and new vanity top with two mirrored wall cabinets. Our designer, Ron LaBrie did a wonderful job again in picking all the items. We had the same oversight manager, Ralph Campa and he was available when needed which was rare as their people did a great job. I wish I could remember the names of those involved. I just want them all to know that we love how well they did their work. Everyone was professional and courteous. They even didn’t mind being supervised by our two boxers - Jake and Bailey. We again thank you for a great job and YES we would recommend them to others who wish to upgrade the home.

I had the pleasure of working with holtzman home improvement a few months ago. They came in to my house and gave me a quote to remodel my kitchen, they worked with my budget, while keeping my interest and vision throughout the project. The trades are amazing, professional and clean, they made sure everything was done right until the end. I can truly say I recommend them to anyone who wants to update their living space. 5stars.

Maxum Design is an excellent company to work with. They are acommadating, they took our vision and presented us with a virtual blue print. This helped us to visualize how our final product might look. We got to play around with it until we were satisfied with the outcome. Even though we changed our initial idea, they took their time to ensure we were happy with the final outcome. We never felt rushed or we were inconveniencing them. Very professional and knowledgeable. Their design studio is beautiful with plenty of samples to work with. They provided us with initial options which is helpful to get us started. But the best was their ability to accept feedback and provide us with options that met our design. We never felt pressured into any decisions. Maxum Design staff takes time to give to give their clients truly what they desire.

We were really at a crossroads with our home. We LOVED the location and golf course lot, but there was no question we wanted more space. We were either going to renovate and expand, or move to a different home. Arthur Gambino really took the time to listen to our wants and needs. During the process we determined there were a few “must haves” - a larger garage, a user friendly mudroom/laundry room, more bathrooms to accommodate the growing family and visitors, a private office, and an entertainment room that would highlight our backyard and provide a separate space from our main living room. With our list and Arthur’s vision, he helped to create a beautifully designed space that suits our family perfectly. Kathy Molnar guided us in selecting all of the tiles, granites, lighting, and finishes that completed the vision. We would have been lost without her guidance. Pete Limon was a huge asset on keeping the project moving along and guiding us on daily decisions.

Living in the home we were renovating with a toddler, husband, pregnant wife, and an active dog had some challenges, but the RWR was outstanding. Peter Limon and Jack Plemons did everything possible to accommodate our day-to-day life, and made the experience as seamless as possible. Even with the extensive project we had, we were never without running water, laundry, and toilet facilities. Our timeline was met with only small finishes needing to be completed a week or two later. We did exceed our budget, but that was mainly due to the finishes and upgrades we chose to do after the fact.

We are thrilled with our end result. Now that it is complete, we cannot imagine not having done the addition and renovation. We use every part of our house every day.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. We used Handyman Connection to install a large multi-pane sliding glass door. We’d experienced a lot of delay and run-around with other contractors and the project had been left incomplete for months. The moment I met with Greg H. I felt reassured. I’m picky but he seemed more picky than I was. Greg was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He delivered quality service, excellent craftsmanship, and a reasonable price. I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.
