I was very impressed from the very beginning. I usually have to leave several voicemails or messages before I get a call back from other companies, but the staff at Hero picked up the phone the first time I called, and Maura was very helpful. The techs showed up on time as promised and were very thorough. Cristobal, Jose, Joel, Alex and Daniel are all very skilled, professional and they did an EXCELLENT job. I will not hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing work I might have in the future.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

RUN! This company is beyond unprofessional. They sent their tech Trevor to check our septic valves and make sure they can pump the tank successfully. He gave us the thumbs up and said his team would be in touch. After not hearing back from them to schedule the pump, I called and they said one of their pump techs would call me back.
